Research On Labor Education Of Senior High School Students Relying On Volunteer Service

In the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Schools and Universities in the New Era,it is pointed out that "the effect of labor education directly determines the labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level of the socialist builders and successors".At present,there are some high school students who do not know how to work,do not want to work,do not value the fruits of others' work,and do not respect manual laborers,etc.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen labor education for high school students.The newly revised curriculum plan of general high school points out that labor is a required course,with 6 credits in total,and volunteer service accounts for 2 points.Thus,volunteer service is an important form of labor for senior high school students.Therefore,the labor education for senior high school students with volunteer service activities as the carrier can concretize the content of labor education and innovate the methods of labor education.In the process of participating in voluntary service,high school students can realize the concept of "labor is the most glorious,the most noble,the greatest and the most beautiful",so as to effectively enhance the effect of labor education.This paper takes high school students and teachers in Guangzhou and Heyuan areas as the research subjects,based on the research theme of how to carry out labor education for high school students based on volunteer services,investigates the current situation of labor education for high school students based on volunteer services and analyzes the reasons,based on which we propose countermeasures to optimize labor education for high school students based on volunteer services.This paper is divided into four chapters as follows.Chapter 1 is the introduction,which describes the background of the selected topic and the current situation of domestic and foreign research,points out the research methods,ideas,significance and innovation of this paper,defines the concepts of high school students' volunteering and high school students' labor education,classifies labor education content stratification and volunteering,as well as clarifies the relationship between high school students' volunteering and high school students' labor education.Chapter 2 is the feasibility of labor education for high school students based on volunteerism.Firstly,it is pointed out that the content of volunteerism fits the cultivation goals of labor education for high school students: the theme of volunteerism inherently contains the value of labor,the spirit of volunteerism is similar to the spirit of labor,and the experience of volunteerism refines the labor habits of high school students.Secondly,volunteerism is a part of labor education for high school students: the publicity and organization of volunteerism stimulate labor enthusiasm,the teamwork of volunteerism infects labor dynamics,and the presentation of volunteerism results strengthens labor behavior.Finally,volunteerism helps enrich the process harvest of labor education for high school students: volunteerism enhances the labor skills and wisdom of high school students,volunteerism promotes the interaction and cooperation of high school students in labor,and volunteerism provides diverse labor experiences for high school students.Chapter 3 is an analysis of the current situation of volunteerism and labor education for high school students.A survey was conducted on high school students and teachers in Guangzhou and Heyuan areas to understand the current situation of labor education for high school students relying on volunteerism,to conduct statistics and analysis on the findings of labor education relying on volunteerism,and to analyze the reasons for the problems of labor education for high school students relying on volunteerism.Chapter 4 is the countermeasures to optimize labor education for high school students based on volunteerism.Firstly,teachers should carry out labor education in political science classes by combining the content of volunteer service,enriching the content of labor education by using volunteer service examples,revitalizing the form of labor education by using volunteer service experiences,and arranging after-school volunteer service practical assignments to deepen the education of labor spirit.Secondly,schools should carry out volunteer service activities,expand the forms of labor education,enrich the types of campus volunteer services,and rely on off-campus volunteer service platforms to establish off-campus labor education bases,as well as to create student volunteer service products and build school labor education brands.Finally,schools should create volunteer service network platforms,smooth online service propaganda,spread labor knowledge and skills,show the process of volunteering,stimulate students' labor emotions,improve volunteer service evaluation,strengthen students' labor habits,and enhance the effectiveness of labor education.
