The school canteen is a place where students eat in groups.It has the characteristics of large amount of meals,concentrated time and place.In addition,the main target of its services is that students have special characteristics.Once a food safety problem occurs,it is easy to cause group food poisoning,which not only harms the physical and mental health of the students,but also has a wide range of impacts on the society.In recent years,campus food safety problems have emerged one after another.Food safety incidents such as clenbuterol,moldy bread,and zombie meat have occurred from time to time,making food safety in school canteen particularly important.Primary school canteens play a decisive role in the overall management of primary schools and are an important part of school logistics management.School logistics is one of the foundations to ensure the smooth development of educational activities in schools,and it is an indispensable and important component of our education construction system.Part of it should be given full attention.Therefore,how to strengthen food safety management in school canteens and reduce food safety risks in canteens has become the content of this paper.This article takes X primary school in X district of Guangzhou as the research object.Under the guidance of theories about food safety in school canteens at home and abroad,the food safety management issues of X primary school are carried out through literature research method,field observation method,questionnaire survey method,and interview survey method.the study.The research results are of great significance to perfect and improve the food safety management effect of the canteen of the elementary school.The thesis mainly conducts research from the following six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly summarizes the research origin,research purpose and significance,research content and methods.The second part is literature review.The domestic and foreign literature has been sorted out and analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for this article.The third part is to investigate and analyze the current situation of food safety management in the canteen of X primary school,introduce the current situation of the canteen management of the elementary school and the results achieved,and then use questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods to collect data,and analyze the collated data.In the fourth part,through the analysis of the third part,it is found that there are problems in the food safety management of the elementary school’s campus,which are mainly classified into these three aspects.First,the school’s responsibility system is not in place,the control of outsourcing operations is not strict,and the students’ food safety education Lack;the second is the inadequate management of the canteen itself,the imperfect management system process of the canteen,and the lack of professionalism of the canteen personnel;the third is the absence of supervision by parents and third parties.The fifth part is to improve the countermeasures of food safety management in the canteen of the primary school.With regard to the problems in the food safety management on the primary school campus,how to improve the food safety management on the primary school campus was discussed from the three aspects of school,canteen and society.The school level proposes to improve the organizational structure of the canteen food safety management,increase investment,improve emergency plans,and regularly carry out targeted food safety education activities;the canteen level proposes that the canteen should strengthen its own management and introduce advanced "8S" management,HACCP the management system makes food safety management in canteens more standardized and standardized;at the social level,parents should raise their awareness of food safety precautions,assist school canteens to strengthen food safety supervision,and further improve food safety management in school canteens through layered supervision inside and outside the school,To protect the physical and mental health of students.The sixth part summarizes the paper. |
