Since the promulgation of the Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial Implementation)in 2001,the science education in kindergarten has begun a new transformation,from the knowledge centered education of common sense to the education of inquiry as the core to cultivate children's scientific literacy.The field of science and the scientific literacy of teachers themselves have gradually attracted more and more attention,but in the educational practice of kindergartens,the field of science is still a "cold field" in kindergartens after many years.In this study,173 kindergarten teachers were selected as subjects,and the current situation of kindergarten teachers' scientific literacy was investigated by questionnaire survey and interview.The results showed that: first,the scientific literacy of kindergarten teachers was in the middle level;The score of scientific consciousness dimension is good,while the score of scientific knowledge and scientific ability dimension is poor.Second,there is no significant difference in the level and dimensions of teachers' scientific literacy in kindergartens of different levels.Thirdly,there are significant differences in the level of science literacy of teachers with different educational backgrounds.Teachers' educational backgrounds are positively correlated with the level of science literacy,and there are significant differences in the dimension of scientific knowledge.Finally,there are significant differences in the dimension of scientific knowledge among teachers with different subject backgrounds.Based on this,the following suggestions are put forward: first,increase relevant training,and increase the proportion of scientific ability in the training;Secondly,a demand survey should be conducted before training,and stratified training should be carried out for teachers with different educational backgrounds and subject backgrounds.Third,pay attention to the summary in practice and educational reflection to promote the development of scientific ability;Fourthly,teachers should establish the concept of lifelong learning and pay attention to the accumulation of scientific knowledge.
