Employment is related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.It is the greatest livelihood.Rural youth is the main force of rural development and also an important link to promote social development.The employment of rural youth in the context of urbanization should be the focus of all parties in society.This paper takes the village of W in Xiongan new area as an example and the local youth aged 18-35 years as the investigation object.As a typical area of rapid urbanization,Xiongan new area is necessary to study.It is based on the questionnaire survey of 227 local youths and interviews with 24 local youths.With the help of ecological systems theory and marginalization theory forms the research framework.This paper is studied and discussed from the evolution of social environment,the characteristics of typical employment mentality,the exploration of employment behavior practice and the causes of the marginalized and confused mentality and behavior.The concrete structure of the article is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part,including the research background,purpose,significance,literature review,concept definition,research hypothesis and research methods.This part has carried on the analysis to the article from the overall and proposes a research framework for the follow-up chapters to lay the foundation.The second chapter is an analysis of the survey location and survey object.The description of the survey site is summarized from the social environment of Xiongan new area and the rural community,including general characteristic of each level and the ecosystem evolution.It can grasp individual mentality and behavior from the change of social environment.The third chapter analyzes the psychological characteristics and behavior practice of the rural youth employment in Xiongan new area.The mentality and behavior with typical characteristics were extracted from the investigation and explained in depth.It further confirms the phenomenon of the weakening of personal identity and sense of belonging under the background of environmental change,which is expounded by marginalization theory.Based on ecological systems theory,the fourth chapter analyzes the main factors that affect the employment mentality and behavior of rural youth from macro,medium and micro perspectives.This section elaborates on the specific reasons for the formation of marginalized confused mentality and behavior.Finally,based on the above analysis to sum up,the author puts forward to promote the positive employment mentality of countermeasures and suggestions from macro,medium and micro levels.The focus of this study is to obtain the typical characteristics of rural youth employment mentality in the process of urban planning and construction through in-depth survey of survey sites and survey subjects.And from the practice of specific behavior to find out the possibility of individual participation in social competition in the new environment.Through the research,it is found that the rural youth in Xiongan new area have a kind of marginal confusion mentality and adaptive competition behavior.After further analysis of the cause of its formation,this paper tries to find out a more reasonable development path for the local rural youth residents and government departments from the point of view of mentality.It provides certain theory and practice reference value for the policy landing and the livelihood guarantee.
