With the implementation of the fundamental tasks of the Lideshuren and the promulgation of the 2017 edition of the geography curriculum standards,the cultivation of core literacy has become the fundamental purpose of geography teaching activities.As one of the core literacy of geography,regional cognitive literacy has begun to receive attention.Geography curriculum resources serve as the basis for the development of geography teaching activities.Enriching geography curriculum resources through the development and utilization of geography curriculum resources is an important way to implement regional cognitive literacy training.Aviation town,as a kind of emerging characteristic town,has not been included in the geography curriculum resources,and its value of geography education has not been taken seriously.In this context,the development and utilization of aviation town geography curriculum resources from the perspective of regional cognition can effectively promote the implementation of regional cognitive literacy.This paper uses the method of literature research to explain the background,meaning,methods and theoretical basis of the development of geographic curriculum resources based on regional cognition.Based on the literature review with regional cognitive literacy,it is found that there is less in-depth research on the development and utilization of geographical curriculum resources based on regional cognition.The interview method was used to understand the value of frontline geography teachers’ recognition of the development of curriculum resources to the development of regional cognition,but the use of curriculum resources in actual teaching is single,and there are few teachers involved in the development of curriculum resources.In order to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the development and utilization of curriculum resources,a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the current status of students’ regional cognition,and it was found that the development of students’ regional cognition was uneven.Based on the above problems,the principles and strategic processes of curriculum resource development and utilization based on regional cognition are proposed.This is the key chapter of this article.The principles of development and utilization include:adhere to the principle of regional orientation,openness,comprehensiveness,regionality,and pertinence.Development and utilization strategies include: improving the awareness and ability of teachers’ curriculum resource development,screening and integrating curriculum resources based on regional cognition,and insisting that teachers take the lead to highlight student subjects.The development and utilization process includes:determining teaching objectives,screening course resources,carrying out teaching design,carrying out teaching activities,and evaluating insufficient reflection.Finally,following the above-mentioned principles,strategies and processes,combined with the suggestions of front-line teachers,taking Jiande Aviation Township as an example,the design of classroom teaching cases and the design of extracurricular practical activity programs were carried out respectively.Curriculum resources development and utilization and aviation towns curriculum resources development provide realistic reference.
