Research On Management Optimization Of School-enterprise Cooperation Strategic Alliance

The school-enterprise cooperation strategic alliance,which is built by voluntary agreements between two sides of College firms,is the expansion and innovation of the basic theory of strategic alliances in higher education.As two types of ecological agents with different properties,colleges and enterprises as symbiotic units to achieve complementation by integrating resources into strategic alliances,it is of great significance to accelerate the implementation of the transformation of scientific and technological outcomes and the transfer of knowledge outcomes between colleges and universities,and to promote the collaborative innovation between the two parties.However,the construction of highly effective strategic alliances that produce expected alliance benefits is inseparable from effective alliance management.In this paper,the management problems in the implementation process of the " ZH I" strategic alliance are taken as the research object,and a single case study approach is used to explore the management optimization of cooperative strategic alliances between school and enterprises.Major efforts include:1.Analyze the related theory of the strategic alliance of an institution and firm.Primarily,it is developed from four aspects of the implications and objectives,principles,types,and theoretical basis of the strategic alliance of the institution,the purpose of which is to establish a foundation for the analysis of the " ZH I" strategic alliance;2.Analyze the construction of the strategic alliance of school firms under " ZH I ".The paper presents a detailed analysis of the construction of the " ZH I" strategic alliance from the aspects of the construction background,its purpose in construction,and the process of construction,so as to better find the problems that exist in the management of the strategic alliance of the school-based enterprises under the " ZH I" condition;3.Conduct research on the management evaluation methods of strategic alliances of colleges.Mainly,the content of the management assessment of the strategic alliance of an institution is analyzed,and the questionnaire design,questionnaire implementation,and outcome statistics in the adopted survey and analysis methods are studied;4.Research on countermeasures has been conducted based on the results of the strategic alliance management assessment.Mainly,the optimization strategy of the strategy alliance " ZH I" was proposed from the aspects of goal optimization,organization optimization,management system and process optimization,operation mechanism and characteristic culture optimization.5.To further guarantee the achievement of Optimized Countermeasures,the optimized security mechanism of the "ZH I" strategic alliance was studied from the aspects of diversified development strategy,following closely the market demand,clear culture mode,and perfect management system.In this paper,using the "ZH I" strategic alliance as a research object,we provide an in-depth analysis of the problems that arise in the union management and propose a series of solutions and security measures.The research content and results will play a certain borrowing significance and auxiliary role in the construction and operation of other college and corporate cooperative strategy alliances,And will greatly improve the follow-up model in the implementation of management efficiency.
