As an important part of the history textbook,the history exercises column plays an important role in the teaching process of history teaching courses.For students,after-school exercises are an important tool to help students consolidate knowledge,deepen their understanding of learning content,promote knowledge transfer,and cultivate interest in history learning.For teachers,after-school exercises have a clear focus on teaching content and reflect the important role of students’ learning.In August 2019,the new version of the high school history textbook "The Outline of Chinese and Foreign History" was officially published,and it was gradually put into the process of teaching applications.Comparing the Ministry-Edited High School History Textbook with the Yuelu Version High School History Textbook,the two different versions of the textbooks have different characteristics in the setting of after-school exercises.For example,the after-school exercises column in the high school history textbook of the departmental edition is more open in question setting,focusing on students’ views and understanding of a historical fact.The after-school exercises column of the Yuelu version of the high school history textbook focuses more on the detection of basic knowledge and focuses on students’ mastery of historical knowledge.No matter which version of the history textbook is,the application of the after-school exercises column plays an important role and value in the course of history classroom teaching.However,in the application process of the after-school exercises column,whether teachers and students really make good use of the after-school exercises,whether the application of the after-school exercises column can achieve the desired teaching effect and other issues need to be further investigated and studied in detail.Since the time for the Ministry-edited high school history textbooks to be put into teaching application is relatively short,the research on the application of the after-school exercises column of the Ministry-edited high school history textbooks can provide the greatest degree of help and guidance for teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.This article first sorts out the current research situation of the history exercises in the academic circle.After learning the excellent results of other scholars,itanalyzes the types,characteristics and application significance of the after-school exercises columns in the high school history textbook of the department edition.Secondly,the use of questionnaires and teacher-student interviews is used to explore the current use of the after-school exercises column.Through the data analysis of the questionnaire,the summary of the content of the teacher-student interviews and the implementation of specific cases,the specific application process of the after-school exercises column is explored.Existing problems,and teaching suggestions for existing problems. |
