General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the conclusion of insisting on the Unity of Explicit Education and Implicit Education in the Forum of Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory at School.It pointed out the direction for the development of the practice of Ideological and Political Education in the new era.Strengthening the Implicit Ideological and Political Education in order to realize the unified development of the two aspects of Explicit and Implicit Ideological and Political education is the inevitable requirement of the current Ideological and Political Education reform in middle schools.The effectiveness of Middle School Implicit Ideological and Political Education is closely related to the use of its carrier.The Carrier of Middle School Implicit Ideological and Political Education refers to a kind of special Ideological and Political Education practice that can hide and transfer the content of Ideological and Political Education in the process of Middle School Implicit Ideological and Political Education,and can be used by educators to promote the interaction between educators and educatees.It is a kind of activity form and material entity.At this stage,although the use of Implicit Ideological and Political Education Earrier in Middle School has achieved some results,there are still many problems,which have become the key factors restricting the improvement of the effect of Implicit Ideological and Political Education.Based on this,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,systematic research and the combination of theory and practice,focusing on the application of the Implicit Ideological and Political Education Earrier in Middle School from five aspects.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the research background and significance of this paper,the research status,research ideas and methods,existing innovation and shortcomings of related topics at home and abroad;The second part is the theoretical basis of the research on the Application of Implicit Ideological and Political Education Carrier in Middle Schools.This paper discusses the theoretical basis of this paper from three aspects of Marxist Human Theory,Ideological and Political Education theory,and other related disciplines;The third part is an overview of the Implicit Ideological and Political Education Carrier in Middle Schools.This part discusses the connotation,status and basic types of Implicit Ideological and Political Education Carrier,according to the explicit way,it can be divided into five types: hidden curriculum,management,culture,activities and mass media carrier.Meanwhile,it expounds the characteristics of middle school students' Ideological and moral structure.The fourth part is the analysis of the effectiveness,problems and causes of the use of Implicit Ideological and Political Education Carrier in Middle School.Combining theory with practice and the author's relevant practice experience,this paper summarizes the basic situation of the carrier's application in practice.On the one hand,the carrier is gradually valued,and the carrier forms are constantly enriched,which improves the overall effect of Ideological and Political Education in Middle Schools;on the other hand,there are still some problems,such as less frequency of application,poor balance between carrier form and carrier content,and specific education content not integrated into the appropriate,and the lack of overall joint force of carrier.The main reasons are that the theoretical research of the carrier is relatively weak,the educators' awareness and ability of using the carrier are relatively limited,the educatees have certain differences in the cognition of the carrier,and the educational environment lacks overall support;The fifth part is the strategy of using the carrier of Middle School Implicit Ideological and Political Education.Based on the above analysis,four strategies and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the theoretical research of the Implicit Ideological and Political Education Carrier,strengthen the top-level design of the use of the Implicit Ideological and Political Education Carrier in Middle School,enhance the educators' awareness and ability of the use of the Implicit Ideological and Political Education Earrier,and solve the prominent problems in the practical use of the Implicit Ideological and Political Education Carrier in Middle School,so as to enhance the effect of the use of the carrier,to enhance the effectiveness of Implicit Ideological and Political Education in Middle School.
