Research On The Realization Mechanism Of Cultivating The Core Literacy Of The Rule Of Law Consciousness Of Junior High School Students

Regarding the need to build and develop the country and society which are governed by relying on the rules of the law,cultivate the core literacy of the rules of the law consciousness among junior high school students has become a part of education that cannot be ignored.This paper investigates and studies the current situation of cultivating core literacy of rule of law awareness among junior high school students.In the paper,it also carries out relevant analysis of the major issues in the cultivating process of the core accomplishment of junior high school students’ rule of law consciousness,explores the deep reasons for cultivating the consciousness of students in junior high schools on the core accomplishment related to the rules of the law,and finally proposes a practical and effective mechanism for its realization.Except for introduction part,there are three major parts elaborated in the following content:In terms of the first part,it is the general overview for the cultivation of core literacy of rule of law awareness among junior high school students.It mainly introduces the rule of law,the core literacy of rule of law awareness and the main contents of cultivating core literacy of rule of law awareness among junior high school students,and analyses the significance of cultivating core literacy of rule of law awareness among junior high school students.The second part is an analysis of the current situation of cultivating core literacy of rule of law awareness among junior high school students.Through a questionnaire surveys of students and teachers,as well as the analysis of the relevant teaching materials,it is conductive to cultivating core literacy of rule of law awareness among junior high school students in the current stage,the study found that the current junior middle school students exist in the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness of the rule of law education in junior high school students cognitive level is supposed to be enhanced,the implementation of the objective for teaching the rules of the law is not carried out as expected,the education for cognitive level is insufficient and the ways used for cultivation of the rules of the law are too simplified with the reasons in this aspect being analyzed accordingly.In the third part,it further proposes the mechanism for achieving the cultivation of the core literacy of rule of law awareness among junior high school students.In view of the main problems and causes of the cultivation of the core literacy related to the rules of the law awareness for junior high school students,it puts forward the relevant strategies to trigger the cultivation process of the core literacy of rule of law awareness among junior high school students in four aspects,namely,analyze the premise of the realization mechanism of the cultivation of the core literacy of rule of law awareness among junior high school students from the group perspective,and analyze the core literacy of the rule of law consciousness based on the goal.Cultivate the basis of the realization mechanism,put forward the core of the realization mechanism core literacy of rule of law awareness among junior high school students through practical innovation,and optimize the method to realize the key to the realization mechanism,to promote the rule of law consciousness is the core literacy cultivation in junior high school students.
