With the gradual implementation of quality education in the new curriculum reform,the requirements for teachers' teaching skills,professional abilities,and comprehensive qualities are gradually increasing.There are many problems with novice teachers in actual teaching.Therefore,how to shorten the growth cycle of high school novice physics teachers,how to improve the professional quality of high school novice physics teachers and improve their classroom teaching and questioning ability have become the most concerned issues of many education researchers at home and abroad.Classroom questioning is an important means for teachers to understand the learning situation of students in time and to start teaching smoothly,and effective classroom questioning can help stimulate students' interest in learning and improve classroom efficiency.Combining the author's classroom teaching experience,first explore the domestic and foreign literature related to the problems in the physics classroom questioning.According to the research results of the former,communicate with the instructor to determine the research problem,and the Shu le County Experimental School and the Shu le County No.1 Middle School30 Questionnaire surveys and interviews conducted by novice high school physics teachers.Through research,it is found that the problems in classroom teaching questions of high school novice physics teachers are mainly reflected in the following six aspects:The types of questions asked in class are too concentrated;Novice physics teachers;Novice physics teachers are not sufficiently aware of the effectiveness of classroom questioning;Novice physics teachers give students too short thinking time,and the time for asking questions in advance is too short;Novice physics teachers lack of asking questions in advance habit;The novice physics teacher lacks presupposition in the classroom questions of after-class practice questions.Through the above several articles,I have further understood the problems in the classroom teaching questions of high school novice physics teachers.In response to these survey results,five countermeasures are proposed.The main countermeasures proposed are:Novice physics teachers should increase the types of questions asked in the classroom;Novice physics teachers should reasonably choose their question objects;Novice physics teachers enhance the classroom Effectiveness of questioning;Novice physics teachers give corresponding thinking time for the problem;Novice physics teachers pre-set questions in class before class;Novice Physics Teachers Should Work Hard to Improve Their Professional Quality;...
