Purpose: To set up a practical plan for basic physical training for junior high school students through scientific theories and methods.To verify the feasibility of this program through teaching experiment research,the purpose is to improve students' physical fitness and enhance their athletic ability.Methods: This study mainly uses experimental methods,literature methods and mathematical statistics.Through the experimental method,the experimental research is carried out on the students in the first grade two classes of the school where the experiment is located.Each class has 20 boys and 20 girls.Before the experiment,various index tests were carried out,and an independent sample T test was carried out.The data showed that there was no significant difference in the physical fitness indexes of the two groups of students.The experimental group adopted a basic physical training program,and the control group did not apply any additional training,and normal physical education was carried out.After the 16-week teaching experiment,each physical fitness index was tested again,and the T test was used to compare between groups and within groups.Results:(1)The experimental results showed that after the experiment,the test results of males in the experimental group on vital capacity,50-meter running,pull-ups,standing long jump,1000 running,sitting forward bending and 10X4 reentry running were 3890.05ml±875.95,8.09s±0.61,4.95 ?±1.28,208.10cm±16.34,248.45s±25.06,10.17cm±5.82,10.70s±0.48,female vital capacity,50-meter run,diagonal pull-up,standing long jump,1000 run,sitting position The test results of forward bending and 10X4 meters reentry running were 3016.65ml±443.87,9.05s±0.69,21.15 ?±4.20,188.35cm±114.81,220.25s±23.26,17.90cm±2.957,11.59s±0.45.(2)After the experiment,the test results of vital capacity,50-meter run,pull-ups,standing long jump,1000 runs,sitting forward bending and 10X4 reentry run of the control group boys were 3262.75cm±534.26,8.54s±0.501,1.90 ? ±1.89,197.30cm±20.69,259.4s±22.92,10.11cm±4.12,11.26s±0.50,female vital capacity,50 m run,diagonal pull-up,standing long jump,1000 run,sitting forward bending and10X4 foldback run The test results were 2632.55ml±455.37,9.61s±0.97,15.15 ?±3.22,177.50cm±16.07,233.85s±20.77,17.73cm±4.300,12.00s±0.48.(3)The indicators of the above two groups were compared by independent sample T test.The results showed that after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group: vital capacity P<0.01 for male and female students,P<0.05 for male and female students in 50-run,P<0.001 for female slant pull-ups,Pull-ups P<0.001 for boys,P>0.05 for boys in standing long jump,P<0.05 for girls,P>0.05 for boys in 800/1000 meters,P<0.05 for girls,P>0.05 for boys and girls in sitting position,P>0.05 for boys and girls in 10X4 reentry running P<0.05.Conclusion: 1.The program design of basic physical training for junior high school students is based on the physical and psychological characteristics of junior high school students,the theory of physical fitness sensitive period and the theory of physical fitness training.The principles of comprehensiveness,and feasibility,in the form of organizing and carrying out scientific and efficient physical training,relying on the standardization of the implementation process and the comprehensiveness of guarantees,and the comprehensive and accurate evaluation system as a reference,effectively and the school management system Compatibility is a training mode or strategy to effectively improve the physical fitness of junior high school students.2.The implementation of basic physical training for junior high school students is mainly composed of the implementation process and implementation guarantees.The implementation process is mainly composed of two parts: regular physical training and large break physical training.The former emphasizes the overall development of speed,strength,endurance,flexibility and agility,while the latter is performing strength,endurance and flexibility training,according to different students' bodies.Personalized training for shortcomings of quality.The implementation guarantee is mainly based on exercise load monitoring,and the scientific nature of the training load is ensured through heart rate bracelets and teacher observations to ensure efficient and safe training.3.In general,the basic physical training program has a good effect on the development of students' physical fitness,especially for lung function,speed,endurance,strength endurance,explosive power and sensitivity.The effect of developing students' flexibility is not obvious enough,and further optimization is needed in terms of training content,training load and implementation plan.
