| Private compulsory education is an important part of our country’s basic education,which has very important value and significance for the training of national talents and the improvement of international competitiveness.Enrollment is the "lifeline" of private compulsory education schools,the starting point of all school work,and affects the school’s survival and development.This article takes the "citizens’ recruitment" policy as the starting point,and strengthens the research on the enrollment of private compulsory education schools under the "citizens’ recruitment" policy,hoping to improve the quality of students in private compulsory education schools and solve the enrollment problems of private compulsory education schools.The state has issued relevant policies and guidelines to provide reference and reference,and then promote the better development of private compulsory education schools and achieve the strategic goal of high-quality education development in my country.This article focuses on field research methods,supplemented by literature research methods,interview methods,and observation methods.Taking S school as the starting point,it rationally analyzes the changes in enrollment of private compulsory education schools in China under the current policy background.,From point to point to sort out the current common problems in private compulsory education schools in our country,that is,under the policy of "Citizens Recruitment",private compulsory education schools have a decline in the quality of students,and the number of students has decreased.Parents "do not dare to choose" or "cannot choose".,"Do not want to choose" and other issues.At the same time,it is divided into subject categories to put forward relevant suggestions on improving enrollment of private compulsory education schools in the context of the policy of "citizens with the same recruitment".This mainly includes: First,the school must do a good job in enrollment "servers" : before the start of enrollment work,it must subdivide the enrollment market,increase marketing efforts,pay attention to the parent ’ s word-of-mouth effect,and set up a special enrollment team;Pay attention to humanistic care,optimize the service delivery process,and do a good job in crisis public relations to avoid the impact of social accidents;after the enrollment work is over,we must pay attention to logistics services,adhere to honesty in running schools,honesty management,continuously improve the quality of education and teaching,and strengthen the construction of the teaching team.The second is the government’s “baton” for enrollment: it must increase publicity to get rid of the public’s prejudice against private compulsory education schools;it must strengthen management and standardize the illegal enrollment behavior of private compulsory education schools;it must increase investment and be obligated to operate privately-run compulsory education schools.Funding should be provided for the characteristic development of educational schools;comprehensive consideration should be given to the particularity of private compulsory education schools when formulating policies.The third is that the public should calm down the "bowl of water" in their hearts: rationally view and understand the policy of "citizens with the same recruitment",and rationally treat and select private compulsory education schools.The author believes that the enrollment of private compulsory education schools requires both theoretical care and policy promotion.The original intention of the "Citizens Recruitment" policy was good,but the problems arising in the specific implementation process should also be paid attention to,and small mistakes should be avoided.Starting from the small issue of enrollment,we can see some fundamental problems in the process of formulating education policies.Although the current challenges are many,we still need to actively look at the changes in enrollment policies and the development process of private schools,and constantly strive to explore an enrollment model with balanced development of education. |
