The basis of statistics is mathematics,and data analysis is its main job.By collecting,sorting,describing,and analyzing data,you can understand the nature of the measured object,and it has a wide range of applications.With the development of society and technology,statistics has become an indispensable common sense for everyone.The new curriculum standard also discusses the importance of statistics,and the data analysis in the core literacy of mathematics refers directly to statistics.The application of unit teaching to specific statistics teaching will help the continuity of high school statistics teaching and students’ thinking,which is also the trend of today’s teaching.Based on the "General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" and the relevant content of statistics in the new textbooks of the People’s Education A version,combined with the unit teaching ideas,this study carries out a unit teaching design for high school "statistics" and lesson teaching design and analysis based on the former.It is hoped that after the completion of the whole study,it can provide some information for the design and implementation of unit teaching of "statistics" or other themes in senor high school.This paper adopts a variety of research methods,such as literature research,interview,comparative research and case analysis.First of all,through combing and studying the literature,we understand the current situation of unit teaching design and statistics teaching in senior high schools,define the core concepts of statistics and unit teaching,and find the theoretical basis for the research.Through the interviews with the front-line teachers,we can learn about senior high school teachers’ views on unit teaching and the current situation of statistics unit teaching.Then,on these foundations,the study on the teaching design of high school statistics unit is carried out.For teachers and students,lessons are taught one by one.Therefore,according to the overall planning of unit teaching design,specific lesson hour teaching design based on unit teaching is given in terms of percentile(the new content)and unary linear regression model(a basic problem of statistics).On the basis of summarizing this study,relevant teaching suggestions for senior high school statistics are put forward.The study on the teaching design of “statistics” unit in senior high school is finally carried out from the analysis of the new curriculum standard,the analysis of the new textbooks,the analysis of the learning situation,the design of the teaching objectives of the unit,the design of the evaluation of the unit,the arrangement of the teaching hours of the unit,the design of the activity of the unit and the design of the test of the unit.It also puts forward five instructional design strategies: developing core literacy as the orientation,reverse instructional design,situational instructional design,problem heuristic instructional design,information technology(statistical software)and teaching integration.After the overall planning of the unit,it is refined to the lesson to complete the study from the unit to the lessons.
