With the emergence of boundaryless career and variable career, the working environment and organizational structure are also changing accordingly.College students need to maintain their own employability and take proactive professional behavior to cope with the changing job environment. In this context, perceived future employability and proactive career behavior have attracted researchers' attention, but the relationship between them remains to be further studied.Based on the measurement of college students' perceived future employability, this study studied the relationship among college students' perceived future employability, social support, career adaptability and active career behavior. This research mainly includes the following two parts:In the first study,221 colleges were selected as subjects to revise the Perceived Future Employability Scale locally, the results showed that:(1)The revised Perceived Future Employability Scale contains 24 items in 6 dimensions, including perceived future network, perceived expected experiences, perceived future personal characteristics, anticipated reputation of educational institution, perceived future labour market knowledge and perceived future skills;(2)The internal consistency coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.954,and the internal consistency coefficient of each sub-questionnaire was between 0.865 and 0.911.Confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the six-factor model fits well, indicating that the revised Perceived Future Employability Scale had good reliability and validity, and can be used as an effective tool to measure the perceived future employability of Chinese college students. In the second study,846 college students were selected as the subjects.Through a questionnaire survey, the characteristics of college students' perceived future employability, social support, career adaptability and proactive behavior was analyzed, and the relationship between the four variables was further explored,as well as the mediating role of career adaptability. The results showed that:(1)Among the influences of demographic variables on each variable, college students' perceived future employability is affected by gender, major and grade, social support is affected by grade, some dimensions are affected by gender difference, and career adaptability and proactive behavior are only affected by grade.(2)There was a significant correlation between perceived future employability, social support, career adaptability and proactive behavior.(3)Perceived future employability and social support have a significant positive predictive effect on proactive behavior, and career adaptability plays a significant partially mediating role in the relationship between the two independent variables and proactive behavior.According to the study college students' relationship between perceived future employability, social support, career adaptability and proactive career behavior found that college students can improve their internal factors such as perceived future employability and career adaptability to strengthen their proactive career behaviors,as well as the external environment, such as school, family and society to provide more social support; The effective way to improve college students' career adaptability is to make up for their lack of career attention and career confidence, especially the sophomore stage of students' career adaptability is relatively weak;College students' perceived future employability is affected by multiple demographic variables such as gender, age and major, therefore, schools need to pay targeted attention to the employability of vulnerable groups in advance to improve the employment rate of the school.
