In my work,the author found that there is a big gap between experts and novice teachers in teaching performance.Besides the gap between experts and novice teachers in curriculum design and classroom explanation,there are also differences in homework assignment and homework correction,This paper mainly studies the following questions: what are the differences between junior high school mathematics expert teachers and novice teachers in assignment and marking?Taking 22 mathematics expert teachers and 25 novice mathematics teachers from four middle schools in Yining County of Ili Prefecture as the survey objects,the junior middle school mathematics experts and novice teachers’ understanding of the source and amount of homework,the role of correcting homework,the way of correcting homework,evaluation,feedback and recording were investigated Based on the effective teaching theory,information feedback theory and Bloom’s learning theory,this paper analyzes the differences and finds that:(1)In the arrangement of work.Most expert teachers pay attention to the amount of homework and assign homework in layers;Most of the novice teachers do not have hierarchical homework,and the amount of homework is either too much or too little.There are also expert teachers who attach importance to giving students homework to recite concepts,while novice teachers do not attach much importance to it.They think that students can understand concepts and do more relevant calculation problems.(2)In the way of homework correction.Compared with novice teachers,there are many ways for expert teachers to correct their homework,including face-to-face correction,partial correction,mutual approval and self approval(classroom quiz);novice teachers often use the way of asking several students who have learned mathematics well to help teachers correct their homework.(3)In the aspect of homework feedback,expert teachers attach great importance to timely feedback of homework,almost every day,and improve teaching according to the information fed back by homework.Novice teachers do not take the feedback homework seriously,and give feedback two or three times a week.Even novice teachers never give feedback on homework,and rarely improve teaching according to the information fed back by homework.(4)In the evaluation of homework correction,some novice teachers use evaluation symbols(smiling faces,stars,etc.)in homework evaluation,but expert teachers are useless;most expert teachers "often" write comments,including more sentence comments,and most of the content is aimed at comments on the process of mathematical problem solving or ideas,and novice teachers "occasionally" The number of people who write comments is the largest.Most of the comments are word type or phrase type,in which there are more comments for students to revise their homework.Expert teachers do better in this regard.(5)on the correction records.Expert teachers "always" take notes,"often" take notes or "occasionally" All the novice teachers who participated in the survey did not have the habit of writing homework and correcting records.
