Experimental research is an important part of high school biology education which plays an important role in cultivating practical ability,experimental technology theory,practice and so on.Effective preview is the premise of efficient and effective study of experimental course,but it is easy to be ignored by teachers and students,or it is difficult for middle school students to grasp the main points of preview,which often makes the biological experimental course difficult to give full play to its advantages.Micro-class can be designed according to the difficult points,key points and error-prone points of each experiment.It is expected to be an effective way to help students improve the efficiency and effect of pre-study.The main content of this paper is the inquiry experiment in senior biology compulsory 1middle school.Based on the interviews with teachers,we can understand the main problems in the practical teaching of each experiment,and “Observation of sugars,Lipids and proteins in biological tissues” in molecules and cells,a compulsory course in the People's education edition,the experiments of “Comparison of hydrogen peroxide decomposition under different conditions”and “Water absorption and water loss of plant cells” were carried out respectively.Based on the investigation of the limited use of the facilities in the micro-lessons,the pre-study conditions of the micro-lessons are provided for the students by means of multi-media broadcasting in the large classroom.And with the control class of experimental students to compare the study of the micro-lesson preview experiment on the experimental teaching of the role of evaluation.The main results are as follows:(1)Compared with the control class,the experimental error operation rate of the three exploratory experimental students was significantly reduced by pre-study in Micro class,among which the control class error operation rate was 24% and the experimental class error rate was8.8%.Compared with other experiments,the experiment of pre-reading in micro-class is better than that of non-micro-class,and the result of the experiment is better.(2)The result of the questionnaire shows that the students have a positive attitude to the pre-study of micro-class,and it can increase the students' interest in biology study.(3)Observing the experimental classroom,it is found that the micro-class preview significantly improves the objectives of the students' experimental class operation,and the phenomenon of panic and other phenomena is reduced.(4)The test of students' mastery of biological knowledge shows that the practice of pre-reading experiment in micro-class can effectively help students to master relevant theoretical knowledge and experimental skills,and the test results are significantly improved,the average score of the students in the experimental class was 77.29,and that of the students in the control class was 68.14,p = 0.019 < 0.05.To sum up,application of microteaching in the preparation of biological experiment can effectively realize the aim of experiment preview and improve the teaching effect of biology experiment,which is worthy of reference for Middle School biology experiment teaching.However,there are still some problems in this study,such as the lack of pertinence,the lack of conciseness and refinement,and the limited practical experiments,which need to be further improved.
