Gaokao reform has comprehensively promoted "mobile learning system",which is an inevitable trend in senior high schools.In the autumn semester of 2022,Qinghai Province will also enforce Gaokao reform,and carry out the optional class system.In compulsory education,it advocates paying attention to the development of the full man",paying attention to the personal development of students,and promoting the all-round development of individuals.All these require schools to change the traditional teaching model,and then explore a new strategy which is suitable for the developing society.The research was based on a middle school.It is one of the first schools to try the way about carry out layering teaching and stratified class teaching for English and mathematics subjects,which changed the school's education plight.Afterwards,classes in English,mathematics,physics,and chemistry are divided into different classes,and subjects such as art,music,and P.E.are selected according to different directions chosen by students,which meet the developmental needs of students.However,in the process of "optional class" reform,teaching management is also facing huge challenges.therefore,this research determines the school's "optional class" as the object.When sorting out the relevant literature on the "optional class" nationally and internationally,it is concluded that there are not many literature's on this kind of teaching management in middle school,especially fewer studies on the new model that combines "stratified class" and "selecting courses".Therefore,the research direction combines with the two models.On this basis,it first sorts out the core concepts of the "optional class",and then provides theoretical support for the research from the fields of psychology,pedagogy and management.In the end,it discusses the implement of "mobile learning system" from the aspects of the management of school class,teacher and student.Combined with the three-stage investigation of a Xining middle School's experience of implementing the "optional class",the essential problems encountered in each stage and the corresponding solutions are summarized.Otherwise,in order to acquire more about the current situation of this middle school's "optional class",questionnaires and interviews were recorded according to the school leaders,teachers and students.Through SPSS,descriptive analysis and difference analysis are carried out on the collected data,and then summarized the prominent problem in the teaching management of the school.Finally,the paper puts forward suggestions on optimizing strategies for improving the teaching management of "mobile learning system".This article provides reference and implement for the long-term development of the shift system and the implementation and management strategies of "optional class" in middle schools in the future.
