Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established "moral education" as the basic task of education,the development of students' core accomplishment has become the focus of the construction of the new curriculum system.The teaching based on core literacy requires teachers to attach importance to the structured design of knowledge,break through the limitation of scattered teaching knowledge and difficulty in realizing the overall development of students' literacy,and realize the integration of knowledge,thinking and literacy through unit planning,so as to develop students' core literacy of the subject as a whole.Therefore,structured unit teaching design is an effective way to implement core literacy in class.This study firstly reviews the literature on core literacy and unit teaching at home and abroad,which not only helps chemistry teachers better understand the current research progress of core literacy and unit teaching,but also provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent research on unit teaching design.Based on relevant theories,this paper expounds the main characteristics of unit teaching design based on core literacy: overall relevance,progressive step by step,dynamic development and the nature of students.Based on the above characteristics and the case of unit teaching design under the guidance of core literacy,the effective combination of unit teaching and core literacy is explored,and the unit teaching design strategy is proposed that is oriented by literacy goal,theme-oriented teaching,content organization structure,task design situational and activity development advanced.And put forward "further refine accurate grasp the course standard,determine the unit subject","analysis of the content system,the content of the integrated unit","set to the value of literacy,unit target","analysis of learning starting point,choose appropriate situation","planning the teaching process,refine class task" five basic steps to design,for the implementation of the core literacy provides a set of operational design.At present,there are few teaching design cases about the new teaching unit of compulsory volume 2 "Chemical reaction and energy",so the Specific teaching design of the unit is carried out by taking "Chemical reaction and energy" as an example.The unit teaching design to develop the students chemistry discipline core literacy as purpose,attaches great importance to the teaching content of structured design,the theme line lead to create true problem situation and advanced type,at the same time pay attention to the implementation of "teaching,learning and assessment" the integration of design,in the process of implementing the concept of new curriculum teaching really promote the overall development of students' chemistry discipline core accomplishment.Furthermore,it gives full play to the important educational value of chemistry and provides a practical reference case for teachers to carry out unit teaching design based on core literacy.
