| Rural revitalization,education first;education revitalization,teachers first.To a large extent,the construction of rural teachers determines the quality and level of rural education in our country,and determines the progress of our country’s spiritual civilization construction and educational modernization process.Faced with the development trend of basic education from basic equilibrium to high-quality equilibrium,the demand for excellent teachers in rural areas is more urgent than ever,the research on the competence of rural teachers will be helpful to the improvement of rural education and the development of rural teachers.This paper uses the "Teacher Competency Test" compiled by Dr.Xu Jianping as the survey tool,takes rural primary school teachers in Shangqiu as the research sample,and uses the spss21.0 statistical measurement software for data processing.The analysis and research show that there are serious structural problems in the rural primary school teachers.The gender ratio is unbalanced,the ratio of old,middle and young people is seriously imbalanced,the aging trend is prominent,the proportion of high-level education is relatively low,the proportion of senior professional titles is relatively low;the overall competence of rural primary school teachers is at the level of basic competence;There is a significant difference in the competence of rural primary school teachers and urban primary school teachers;the competence of rural primary school teachers with outstanding performance is significantly higher than that of ordinary performers,and teacher competence can predict the level of teacher performance;teaching age is an important factor affecting teacher competence;majors Nature is an important factor affecting the competence of rural primary school teachers;gender,professional title and educational background have no significant impact on the level of competence.Finally,based on the factors affecting the competency of rural primary school teachers,combined with theoretical and practical foundations,the paper comes up with corresponding tactics and proposals,namely: perfecting the structure of rural primary school teachers;setting up and promoting the training mechanism of rural primary schools;heightening the professional attraction of rural teachers;speeding up the process of rural primary education informatization;improve the training system for oriented normal students;establish a competency-based evaluation system for rural teachers. |
