Research On Cultivation Of College Students' Labor Spirit From The Perspective Of College Ideological And Political Education

Labor spirit,as the representative of advanced socialist culture,contains the essence of Marxist labor theory.Promoting and cultivating labor spirit is not only the value embodiment of adhering to Marxist labor concept,but also the value orientation of leading the social labor fashion in the new era,and it is also the inevitable demand of socialist education to cultivate new people in the era.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the National Education Conference that we should promote the spirit of labor among students,educate and guide them to advocate and respect labor,and be able to work hard,honestly and creatively when they grow up.In the Guidelines for Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial Implementation)issued by the Ministry of Education,it is also clearly pointed out that the spirit of labor should be promoted and the education of the spirit of labor should run through the whole process of personnel training.Thus,strengthening the promotion and cultivation of labor spirit has important practical significance and far-reaching value of the times,which is related to the mission and responsibility of education,the all-round development of new people in the times,and the future and destiny of the nation.Young college students are the mainstay of promoting the development of national modernization,and their mental state and labor ability will be directly related to the practical action of helping to realize the Chinese dream.Since the new era,the cultivation of labor spirit in Colleges and universities has made gratifying achievements.However,there are still some problems,such as weak labor quality,lack of labor emotion and low labor ability,which are closely related to the imperfection of the educational mechanism in Colleges and universities and the dislocation of college students' own ideas.Therefore,colleges and universities should systematically enhance the effectiveness of the work of cultivating college students' labor spirit.It is necessary to clarify the necessity and feasibility of strengthening the cultivation of college students' labor spirit from the perspective of Ideological and political education,to absorb the valuable experience of strengthening the cultivation of college students' labor spirit in the past,to start from the perspective of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,to adhere to the principles and laws of cultivating college students' labor spirit,and to innovate the ways and methods of cultivating college students' labor spirit.So as to guide college students to fully understand and deeply understand the value implications of the spirit of labor,such as "labor leads the times,labor achieves happiness,labor creates value,labor works hard to rejuvenate the country,labor innovates and accumulates energy",to shape college students' positive and healthy labor concept,to cultivate college students' comprehensive and profound labor ability,and to exercise college students' proficiency.To better help college students to promote action with knowledge and integrate knowledge with action.Based on this,this paper takes the topic of "Research on the Cultivation of College Students' Labor Spirit from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities",comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,historical research and questionnaire survey,relying on the relevant expositions of Marxism as the theoretical starting point,taking the labor practice experience of the Communist Party of China as the realistic basis,absorbs and draws lessons from China and the West.Based on the study of the value orientation of the cultivation of college students' labor spirit from the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,This paper analyzes the logical support of the theme,and takes the process of cultivating students' labor spirit since the founding of New China as a historical reference.At the same time,by means of questionnaire survey,we can understand the current situation of college students' labor spirit cultivation in detail,summarize the results,analyze the shortcomings,explore the reasons,and then put forward the principles to follow and promote ideas to ensure the effectiveness of the research results.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,which clarifies the background of the topic,research significance,research progress at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,and innovations.The second chapter systematically combs the Marxist theoretical basis of the cultivation of college students' labor spirit and the related ideological resources at home and abroad,providing systematic theoretical guidance for the research work of this paper.The third chapter clarifies the value orientation of college students' labor spirit cultivation from the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the combination of the two,which provides logical support for the analysis and discussion of this paper.The fourth chapter,from the perspective of historical development,reviews the relevant process of cultivating students' labor spirit since the founding of New China,and summarizes the experience,which provides historical reference for the analysis and discussion of this paper.The fifth chapter,through the questionnaire survey,explores the effectiveness and shortcomings in the process of cultivating college students' labor spirit,and objectively summarizes its causes,which provides a realistic basis for the analysis and discussion of this paper.The sixth chapter summarizes the four principles that need to be followed to strengthen the cultivation of college students' labor spirit from the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,and puts forward the ideas to promote the cultivation of college students' labor spirit from the aspects of broadening the way,optimizing the mechanism and improving the system,which is also the focus of this paper.
