Research purpose:The Ministry of Education has issued the policy "one school,one ball and one practice" to encourage talent training to enter the "national mechanism".With the gradual increase in cheerleading,cheerleading became widespread and deeply loved by students.Cheerleading is a kind of characteristic sport that promotes physical movement of students,expand the teaching content and improve the curriculum system.Through cheerleading training for middle school students aged 13-15,this study examines the effectiveness of training methods and resources and provides an effective way to develop the physical and mental health of middle school students.Middle.Lay the foundation psychological The selection of indicators corresponds to the health standards of national students.Results:1.Based on flower ball lovers,the physical function(vitality)of the students of the experimental group was effectively improved through teaching,training and intervention.There were significant differences in vital capacity between the test group and the control group(P.0.05).2.Teaching and training mainly focused on the physical fitness of flower ball lovers: students who failed significantly increased.There are significant differences in some positive psychological factors between the test group and the control group(P;amp;lt;0.05).The six dimensions of positive psychological quality of students in the experimental group of fancy cheerleading lessons are on a medium level.15 positive psychological factors,including creativity,collaboration,leadership and friendship,have been improved(P;amp;lt;0.05).The main factors influencing the improvement of traditional physical education are friendship,faith and hope(P.amp;lt;0.05).The experimental results show that the influence of football fans on the body of students is better than that of traditional sports lessons.two There were significant differences in physical function.Training can improve students’ physical function and vitality.3.The experimental results show that teaching and training fans can improve the physique of middle school students.The overall performance of students in the experimental intervention group has been significantly improved,and the flexibility,have changed significantly,while traditional physical education has improved academic performance,but there is no significant difference.The results show that the positive psychological quality of the students in the experimental group played a positive role in love,friendship,leadership,creativity and cooperation through teaching and education.4.Promoting physical and mental development of students through training.Learning motivation and the promotion of physical and mental health of middle school students promote the physical health of middle school students and is one of the deeply anchored incentive functions to promote the physical health of middle school students.Giving full play to its social function and highlighting its potential practical value of the spiritual civilization of the campus and the development of school physical education.
