Research purposes: The first purpose of this study is to verify the impact of the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum mental health of middle school students;the second is to provide experimental data for the promotion of the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model.Research object and method: First of all,this study selected 8 classes of first-year students in Lugu Middle School,Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province,with a total of 320 students divided into the experimenta with 160 students in each,4 classes in each,as the research objects.Secondly,based on the characteristics,content,requirements and implementation methods of the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model,the experimental teaching plan is designed and implemented.Among them,the experimental group adopts the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model,and the control group adopts the traditional physical education teaching mode.Finally,all students were compared in 50m(speed quality),1000 m and800m(endurance quality),standing long jump(strength quality),seated forward bend(flexibility quality)and mental health through 16 weeks of teaching in one semester.Research results:(1)After 16 weeks of teaching,in terms of physical fitness,the 50 m speed quality was 8.18±1.02 s for boys in the experimental group and 8.58±0.88 s for boys in the control group,p=0.031<0.05.The girls in the experimental group were 9.09±0.96 s,and the girls in the control group were 9.48±0.80 s,p=0.030<0.05.In terms of endurance quality of 1000m(boys)and 800m(girls),the test group boys were 228.65±1.22 s,and the control group boys were 240.21±1.98 s,p=0.032<0.05.The girls in the experimental group were244.35±1.01 s,and the girls in the control group were 246.14±2.24 s,p=0.018<0.05.The strength of standing long jump was 196.23±0.22 cm for boys in the experimental group and 190.59±0.21 cm for boys in the control group,p=0.033<0.05.The females in the experimental group were162.09±0.31 cm,and the females in the control group were 159.23±0.29 cm,p=0.033<0.05.In terms of flexibility in sitting forward flexion,the males in the experimental group were 5.13±1.62 cm,and the males in the control group were 5.12±1.96 cm,p=0.632>0.05.The female in the experimental group was 8.57±1.12 cm,and the female in the control group was 8.55±2.24 cm,p=0.525>0.05.(2)It can be found that through 16 weeks of teaching,in terms of mental health,the lower the score,the healthier the student's mental health and the higher the level of health.the experimental group was 26.57±4.14,which was almost completely inconsistent.The group was 40.25±4.16,which was close to inconsistency.P value=0.0021<0.05,there is a significant difference.The psychological health level of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the students in the control group.Research conclusion:(1)Compared with the traditional physical education curriculum model,the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model can promote the growth of the speed quality,endurance quality,strength quality and mental health of male and female middle school students,but the method of flexibility quality needs to be improved.(2)Compared with the traditional physical education curriculum mode,the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model can effectively improve the mental health of male and female middle school students.(3)The Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model is worth promoting in middle school physical education teaching.
