Research On The Dilemma And Path Optimization Of The Joint Fundraising Operation Of Emerging Public Fundraising Foundations Under The Background Of Internet Public Welfare ——Taking Shanghai H Foundation As An Example

In recent years,with the innovation and iterative development of Internet technology,my country's Internet public welfare has developed vigorously,and both the scale of development and the speed of dissemination have shown an upward trend.The development of Internet public welfare has not only changed the ecological environment of public welfare,but also further promoted the development of my country's philanthropy.Among them,joint fundraising has gradually become the main way for non-profit organizations to raise funds,integrate social resources,and promote charitable activities.It has injected new vitality into my country's philanthropy,but it has also brought many challenges.As an emerging public fundraising foundation established for 15 years,Shanghai H Foundation has widely used the method of joint fundraising to raise funds and carry out charitable activities for poverty alleviation and poverty relief.This study selects the Shanghai H Foundation as a case,and uses semi-structured interview method and participation observation method,this paper studies the practice of joint fundraising of emerging public fundraising foundations in the field of Internet public welfare..This research combines the theory of resource dependence and the theory of voluntary failure to construct an analytical framework,from the four dimensions of organization,cognition,resources,and function,to summarize the operational difficulties of emerging public fundraising foundations in the context of the Internet,and to optimize their paths.Discussions are conducted to help the emerging public offering foundation strengthen its internal organization,improve the efficiency of joint fundraising and resource utilization,and thus promote the long-term and healthy development of the emerging public offering foundation.The research results show that under the background of Internet public welfare,the joint fundraising operation of emerging public fundraising foundations faces imperfect organizational coordination and restrictive mechanisms,lack of awareness of supervision and evaluation,limitations of resource stickiness and resources themselves,and low levels of informatization and digitization.etc.predicament.Therefore,the author provides corresponding optimization paths from the internal and external levels of emerging public fundraising foundations: first,strengthen organizational construction and improve the evaluation system;second,enhance credibility and strengthen social cognition;third,improve the resource network,Improve resource coordination capabilities;fourth,improve functions and improve Internet utilization capabilities.
