| As an important means to improve the physical health of teenagers,physical education(hereinafter referred to as "entrance examination physical education"),there are certain differences between the implementation plans independently formulated by the education departments of each region.It is the differences that make the programs of each region have their own characteristics.As one of the sub-provincial cities,Dalian has formed a relatively stable program after many years of development.However,with the improvement of the public’s understanding of sports and the arrival of the sports reform in the high school entrance examination,the reform of Dalian city has been in progress.It is hoped that through the comparison and analysis of the sports program with other provincial and sub-provincial cities,it can provide some reference for the reform of Dalian city sports program.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and statistical statistics to review the development and analyze the sports programs of other 18 provincial and sub-provincial cities,compare the evaluation mechanism,project setting and evaluation criteria and analyze the overall characteristics and comparative characteristics.Finally,the teachers and students on the physical education,attitude,process evaluation,final evaluation and other aspects are investigated,the implementation of the physical education program is summarized,and the corresponding optimization countermeasures are put forward.The main research conclusions of this thesis are as follows:1.The changes of the sports plan in Dalian city are increasingly democratic;the score and weight of the sports in the examination have been improved;the evaluation method focuses on the learning process of students,and the diversified development of the examination items.2.Overall characteristics of 19 cities: the overall improvement of sports score and weight in the high school entrance examination;"process evaluation + final evaluation" became the mainstream mode;the process evaluation content varies greatly,and the site test items are diversified and diversified.3.Compared with other cities in the sports plan of Dalian high school entrance examination,the score is in the ranks of high scores,and the weight of the score belongs to the middle level.The score value of the process evaluation is relatively high,and the evaluation content is relatively small.The full marks standard of the project is in the middle and lower level,and the lack of skills test items.4.There are differences between teachers and students on the purpose and score improvement of the physical education of the high school entrance examination.The combination of the program and the core quality of the physical education discipline is not ideal.The increase of the score value has increased the pressure on teachers and students to some extent.There is an "exam-oriented sports" phenomenon;some students participate in after-school training in order to get better scores.Teachers and students agree that the physical fitness,but the project evaluation standard is general,should strengthen the attention of endurance quality;both hope to increase the skill test items,but there are differences in the requirements of project selection and site facilities.Based on the above conclusions,the following optimization suggestions are made.Macro level: Dalian city sports program to coordinate the overall development and partial development;adhere to the goal oriented and problem oriented principle.Middle level: take the integration of physical education as an opportunity to promote the reform of sports plan and implement the spirit of "double reduction" policy.Micro level: increase skill test items,set project evaluation standard;improve the full score standard of sports test items. |
