As the reform of basic education enters the deep water area,it has shifted to people-oriented and life-oriented.Pay attention to the conscious development of "human" life in order to face the changing world pattern.In order to cultivate "new people" who can actively cope with challenges and take the initiative to develop themselves,the key is to cultivate "new teachers".In order to promote the cultivation of "new teachers",school-based teaching and research activities have gradually been carried out with policy attention,among which U-S cooperation has become an effective way to promote the development of primary and secondary school teachers.In the process of U-S cooperation,through field visits and theoretical research,it was found that the value conflict between university theoretical researchers and primary and secondary school teachers affected the depth of U-S cooperation and became a key factor in the success of cooperative research.In order to solve the value conflict between the two types of subjects in U-S cooperation,it is proposed to carry out the value identity of the two types of subjects,and form a school-based teaching and research symbiosis on the basis of value recognition.Combined with Kraswall's internalization phase,the research was carried out using methods such as literature research,case studies,classroom observations,video analysis,and interviews.First of all,according to the internalization reaction stage of Kraswall,the stage analysis of the formation process of value identity is carried out,and the six stages of attraction,reaction,value selection,value systematization,value personality and value creation are mainly formed.Secondly,according to the individual life practice activities of front-line teachers,for example,the changes in teaching design,teaching behavior,and teaching concepts in the practice of classroom teaching reform,the practical dimensions of the value identity formation process are analyzed.Then he proposed that the way of the formation process of value identity in U-S cooperation is school-based teaching and research,and the essence of school-based teaching and research is research-based reform practice,and further analyze the formation process of value identity in the practice of group change.Taking the "listenspeak-comment" class as the carrier,through daily discussion,the main body in the US cooperation is transformed into a concept and a change in behavior,so as to achieve the value recognition of the group.Ultimately,the two types of subjects in the U-S cooperation form a school-based teaching and research symbiote through value identity,which shows the conscious development of life with common value goals.The symbiotes present a state of mutual trust,symbiosis and symbiosis,and conscious development of life.
