With the development of software management theory,Agile methodology has been spread widely among the software development practice around the world.SCRUM is one of the most popular Agile method which is kindly become the pronoun of Agile itself.Based on the SCRUM management practice in CR Company,I hope the paper can be more referenced by others for their SCRUM practice regarding software requirement management/team management/software quality management.From the structure of the paper,the first section introduces the history and background of software management theory,which lead to the introduction of Agile theory.The last part of 1^st section introduces the purpose and content arrangement of the paper.The second section of the pater describes the theory of SCRUM in detail,which includes the process&SCRUM principles.Next,the pater tells about the SCRUM roles and basic process control method.The third section involves the team division in SCRUM organization.Based on the SCRUM organization transition of CR SBU,the paper fully describes the advantages and tips on organization level transition.Lastly,the paper introduces the team management tips for SCRUM teams.The fourth section of the paper illustrates about the requirement management.Based on the CMMI GP requirements management,the paper introduces the approach of SCRUM and some mind tips for new SCRUM practitioner.Then,the paper describes the practice of CR Company and analyzes the how it deals with the specific requirements accordingly.The fifth session introduce the traditional quality management theory.It then starts to analyze the QA problems of CR Company and introduce a new approach of QA management.Based on the new approach,it introduces serials of methods for QA management practices in CR Company.
