With the continuous development of information network technology,various types of multimedia networks and mobile application terminals are rapidly promoted and popularized.Various types of multimedia online video live content can be seen everywhere in multiple fields such as network social and multimedia,medical treatment,investigation,leisure and entertainment.In order to solve the problem of image transmission and storage,a variety of image coding algorithms were proposed.However,the efficiency of the existing image coding and image post-processing coding algorithma are not high,and there is still a lot of room for technical improvement.How to effectively control the amount of data stored in the compressed image and realize the effective storage and high-speed transmission of the image with high resolution and high fidelity is an important problem to be solved in the field of image compression.Image coding and compression technology compresses the data in the original image by effectively eliminating the spatial redundancy in the compressed signal of the original image.Generally,the higher the compression rate of the image,the greater the loss of quality.Efficient image coding and compression algorithm requires high compression rate and high quality image.Based on the research of coding technology,this paper summarizes the existing efficient image coding methods.Algorithms related to image compression are investigated and innovated,which are summarized as follows:(1)The fractal image coding algorithm based on correlation coefficient.This paper proposes a fractal coding algorithm based on correlation coefficient,which can be effectively used for fractal lossless image coding.The experimental results show that the time of image coding is effectively shortened under the premise of ensuring the quality of video image coding.(2)The image restoration algorithm based on moving least square method.This algorithm summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of transform domain coding,applies a new image restoration algorithm,and uses it in the image subsampling coding scheme to realize the effective restoration of image signals.This coding can effectively reduce the image distortion under high compression rate,and is an efficient image coding method.(3)A new quantization algorithm for error compensation.This algorithm aims to reduce the high distortion of RGB color image.The whole RGB space pixel of color image is transformed into YCb Cr space by a kind of quantization conversion algorithm,which reduces the average value and error of each pixel in the whole YCb Cr space,thus improving the overall image quality of color image.The compression algorithm ensures that the main image will not automatically generate new image distortion due to passing through the filter.The experimental results show that the optimized compression algorithm can achieve better subjective and objective image quality.
