Research On System-level Product Development Process Improvement In LS Institute

Ability of space model developed is mainly embodied the core competitiveness of space unit,faced with the fierce market competition,brought about by the industrial structure adjustment and technology the rapid iteration,LS institute development projects due to military products production cost accounting concept is not strong,the influence of the existing system and the product development process redundancy,unreasonable design of the phenomenon,causes the product cost is high,the high cost of the military enterprise competitiveness of new products is more and more low,and lead to a vicious cycle.Therefore,how to find solutions from the management,military research and production units to seek innovative management methods,improve their management level to cope with the increasingly fierce market environment,to achieve the system level of product development process optimization design,LS research has become an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,this paper systematically summarizes the theory and application of integrated product development(IPD),which focuses on the main ideas of IPD,the overall framework of IPD and its structural process and pipeline management,Shared basic modules and other aspects of the theory,as well as the practice at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the analysis of the generality and specificity of the system level product development management system of LS research institute,especially the system level product development process,the problems existing in the management of each stage of the current development process are found out.Thirdly,based on the IPD process and the overall structure framework,the system level product three-stage development process and the IPD pipeline management process under multi-project parallel were improved and designed.Finally,the guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of the improvement plan and the implementation effect are given.In this paper,to complete the design and improvement of the product development process,first,in the conceptual stage of the product development process,the relevant quality assurance planning should be carried out in advance;In the planning stage,the introduction of the whole level of sub-management suppliers;In the development stage,all parties should cooperate to design accurately.Second,IPD pipeline management under multi-project parallel is implemented by proposing the implementation of pipeline entry review,IPMT allocation and balance of internal and external resourcesThe significance of this study,on the one hand,for the LS research system and product development in the process optimization,multi-project parallel development,and other aspects,to achieve the unit model product development management to catch up with beyond.On the other hand,in the IPD management mode in the application of model products,for the industry to provide reference experience.
