With the application of high and new technology,the working environment of radar equipment is becoming more and more severe,and the failure rules are becoming more and more complicated.The requirements for the allocation of equipment maintenance support resources are becoming higher and higher.One can imagine the important status of the main bearer of the safeguard task.For the routine maintenance of radar equipment and the preventive maintenance support of fixed training tasks,the optimization of the human resources configuration of equipment maintenance support is to optimize the model configuration parameters of the equipment maintenance support period and the man-hour demand based on the equipment maintenance support man-hour demand model.Based on the research at home and abroad,this paper combines the actual situation of the maintenance support of a certain type of radar equipment,and mainly studies from the following four aspects.(1)Prediction of failure rate of radar equipment For the problem that the parameters of the equipment failure distribution model are difficult to determine,the paper proposes using Weibull distribution to fit and predict the equipment failure rate;for the lack of data on equipment maintenance support,the paper proposes to construct a gray-discrete GM(1,1)The model is used to fit the predicted typical fault curve.At the same time,for the problem that the grey prediction model generally does not have linear factors,a grey-linear regression model is constructed to fit the predicted atypical fault curve.(2)Prediction of maintenance interval of radar equipment The paper uses the equipment failure cycle to replace the equipment maintenance support cycle,and proposes a gray-Markov model to solve the problem of equipment failure data with volatility.The paper introduces the concept of validity to build a gray-linear regression combination model to solve the equipment failure index trend,the problem that the linear trend cannot be coordinated;meanwhile,the introduction of the idea of metabolism in the paper further improves the accuracy of the equipment failure cycle data fitting prediction.(3)Prediction of man-hour demand for radar equipment maintenance support The paper takes the equipment maintenance support service life replacement strategy as an example.Based on the traditional man-hour demand forecasting model,the calculation period of the model is carefully divided,so that the model can be used for annual,quarterly,and fixed task time periods.(4)Design of optimized human resources allocation system for radar equipment maintenance support Based on the configuration of a certain type of radar equipment maintenance support resources,the paper builds a equipment maintenance support human resource allocation system,and introduces the technical architecture used by the system and the functional interfaces that the system can implement.The prediction model of related parameters of maintenance support proposed in this paper can greatly improve the accuracy of data fitting,optimize the human resources allocation model of equipment maintenance support,and improve the human resources allocation decision-making ability of a certain type of radar maintenance support.
