With the increasing speed of economic globalization,all enterprises should adapt to the global competition.Chinese enterprises are no exception.Many Chinese enterprises have successfully explored overseas markets in line with the trend of globalization.Among many enterprises,Xiaomi not only represents the comprehensive electronic products company in China,but also is one of the most representative Chinese companies to successfully explore overseas markets.After its apparent success in China,Xiaomi has been expanding overseas.Now Xiaomi truly a global multinational.According to the 2018 overseas market share statistics,Xiaomi mobile phone accounted for 28% of the Indian market,occupying the position of the Indian mobile phone market.The record is one piece of evidence of Xiaomi’s status.And it’s not uncommon to see Xiaomi products in the south Korean market.In South Korea,most foreign companies have not had obvious success,but through its excellent business philosophy and unique sales methods,Xiaomi’s products are now very popular in the south Korean market.And Xiao Mi could offer lessons for other Chinese companies looking to expand in South Korea.
