| In recent years,with the continuous development of wireless communication technology,people’s demand for wireless communication is also developing towards diversification and broadband.Frequency hopping communication technology,as a method in the spread spectrum communication system,has played a very important role in the civilian and military fields.As the front end of the frequency hopping communication system,the performance of the amplifier has a direct impact on the quality of the entire frequency hopping communication system.The design of frequency hopping sequence is a key technology in frequency hopping communication,and its properties have a very important effect on the anti-interference and anti-interception performance of the system.This paper mainly designs the amplifier based on the time division duplex mode,and then studies the wide interval frequency hopping sequence,constructs the wide interval frequency hopping sequence based on the Gold code sequence,and analyzes its performance.Specifically,the main work of this article is as follows:(1)Theoretical research is made on wide interval frequency hopping sequences and Gold sequences.The excellent characteristics and construction methods of wide interval frequency hopping sequences are introduced.Then constructed a widely spaced frequency hopping sequence based on the Gold code sequence,analyzed its Hamming correlation performance and simulated it on Matlab,and compared with the performance of the traditionally widely spaced frequency hopping sequence based on m sequence Analysis and Matlab simulation.(2)This paper designs a bidirectional amplifier based on time division duplexing with a working frequency of 320 MHz ~ 420 MHz.Among them,in the design of the low-noise amplifier module,PHA-13 LN + of Mini-circuits was selected as the main amplifier chip,and the negative feedback circuit was designed to make it work in a stable state.Then through the design of the impedance matching circuit,a low-noise amplifier circuit with gain and gain flatness,stability,noise figure,and frequency bandwidth meeting the requirements is finally realized.In the design of the power amplifier module,MMZ09332 B of NXP Corporation was selected as the driver-level amplifier chip,and it was designed toachieve a gain of 35 d B within the bandwidth.Then select NXP’s MRFE6VS25 N as the power amplifier chip of the back stage,and after circuit design,it can reach 10 W power output.(3)Design the transmit and receive control circuit,and design and combine the coupling circuit,power detection circuit,comparison module circuit,and RF switch circuit in the transmit and receive control circuit.Then combine the low-noise amplifier circuit,the power amplifier circuit,and the transceiver control circuit to design the PCB layout and the physical production.And use the vector network analyzer,spectrum analyzer and other equipment to build a test platform to test the performance of the bidirectional amplifier. |
