The structural three-dimensional code is a new type of anti-counterfeiting product,which can truly combine information and anti-counterfeiting,and has a wide application prospect.At present,the processing method adopted for structural 3D codes is mechanical processing,and the processing accuracy and efficiency need to be improved.Compared with mechanical processing,laser processing is faster and more accurate,and can be developed into the main processing method of structural 3D codes.The purpose of this paper is to study a laser processing method for structural 3D codes,instead of machining to become a new processing method for structural 3D codes,the main contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the functional characteristics of the structural 3D code,and combine the characteristics of laser marking processing,design the overall laser processing system of the structural 3D code,determine its processing production process and hardware equipment,and propose a suitable laser processing scheme.(2)According to the graphic characteristics of the structure 3D code,a method of generating the color 3D code image based on the ordinary black-and-white 2D code image is proposed.By randomly growing seeds in the image,the 3D code image that meets the requirements is obtained,and the corresponding quantitative calculation method is given to judge the quality of the generated image,so as to ensure the randomness and identifiability of the 3D code.(3)Combining the characteristics of structural 3D codes and laser processing,the method of laser 3D stereo marking output is studied.The laser marking path is obtained by contour extraction algorithm,and an optimization method for the uniformity and filling method of the marking path is proposed.Analyze the correspondence between technical parameters and laser marking depth to achieve precise control of the marking depth.The layered scanning method is used to carry out marking output on multi-layered structural materials to realize laser marking of structural 3D codes,and a marking method that changes the laser output power in real time is proposed to improve the marking efficiency.(4)Design corresponding structure 3D code laser marking control software,and carry out actual processing experiments.Correspondence between technical parameters and marking depth was obtained through experiments,and appropriate parameters were set for processing according to the results to obtain structural 3D code products that meet the requirements.
