At present,Fei Cui Co.,Ltd.is facing a huge market opportunity in Colleges and universities.This paper will discuss how to determine the product positioning and marketing strategy of the intelligent voice products of Fei Cui company in the market of colleges and Universities Based on the characteristics of customer demand in the market of colleges and universities and the core competitiveness of Fei Cui company.This paper analyzes the positioning of products and solutions and marketing strategy of Fei Cui company,determines the three-year development goal and vision of the university business of Fei Cui company,as well as the main attack market segments and corresponding product positioning of Fei Cui company,and finally formulates the main marketing strategy for the next three years.Based on the PESTEL analysis model,this paper first analyzes the market situation of intelligent voice products in the university market in three years from the political and economic factors,social and cultural factors,technical factors and environmental factors;then based on the Porter five forces model analysis,it suggests that Fei Cui company should make changes in product positioning,marketing strategy,organizational strategy,digital marketing and other directions when facing university customers Finally,the paper analyzes the potential entrants and the competition situation,and concludes that the product positioning of the university market needs to combine the advantages of the Fei Cui company and build the core competitiveness of the Fei Cui company on the basis of adhering to the core competitiveness of the Fei Cui company.Later,this paper focuses on the current several core technologies of Fei Cui company,and then analyzes the competitiveness from the perspective of internal resources of Fei Cui company,and concludes that its core competitiveness comes from: platform and product innovation for AI technology achievements and organizational guarantee for innovation.Finally,from the perspective of the business development strategy of Fei Cui company,the conclusion of this paper is drawn: Fei Cui company can develop suitable products and expand the market of colleges and universities through the combination of intelligent voice and the needs of colleges and universities,and the specific implementation scheme and strategy are given.
