With the proposal of "made in China 2025",industrial informatization has developed rapidly.The multi-source data generated in the production process of military bearing enterprises can be integrated and Shared through the Manufacturing Execution System(MES),which is the key to the upgrading and transformation of enterprise informatization.In the traditional production environment,the enterprise information is difficult to realize two-way flow between the management and control layer,the management of project information is difficult to further refine for processing instructions to guide the production activities,and management is difficult to obtain the feedback of control layer production data timely to support the production plan to further develop.So the difficulty(of two-way flow between the management and control layer)is likely to cause the problems such as delayed delivery and ineffective integration of information,which has became the restraining factor to the promotion of informatization and production efficiency in military bearing enterprises.As a result,it is of great significance to study the problem of enterprise MES and workshop scheduling to improve the production efficiency and enhance the decision-making ability of military enterprises.This thesis takes the micro-manufacturing department of a military bearing enterprise as the research object,and it goes more details on the scheduling optimization problems of multi-varieties and small batch production workshops and the information integration problem of workshop production management.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the manufacturing and production of military bearing enterprises,the thesis is combined with the actual production situation of the enterprise workshop,and a mathematical model of flexible job scheduling problem is designed and a manufacturing execution system oriented to the workshops is constructed so as to optimize the production management information of the enterprises.Therefore,this thesis firstly analyzes the characteristics of the flexible job scheduling problem and constructs a mathematical model of workshop scheduling based on the optimal delivery time so that it can realize the autonomous dynamic scheduling of workshop scheduling;an intelligent solving algorithm based on improved adaptive genetic algorithm is designed to realize the optimal decision of task assignment in workshop;the validity of the workshop scheduling model and its algorithm is verified through MATLAB simulation analysis,by taking the actual production of micro manufacturing department as an example.And then,according to the actual business processes and function modules of the enterprise,the basic theory of MES system is applied to design the overall business and functional framework of the system,and the flexible job scheduling optimization model is embedded into the system.Finally,through enabling technology to achieve the stable operation of the system,the production plan of the workshop of the enterprise can be optimized scientifically,rationally,efficiently and independently,and the production management information of the workshop can be integrated and shared.The research results show that proposed flexible job-shop scheduling model and the control-oriented manufacturing execution system can provide theoretical basis for the realization of informationization and intelligentization of military bearing enterprises and it has certain application values.
