With the maturity of 5G and the rapid development of the Internet of Things,a digital and intelligent transformation is also spreading in the manufacturing industry.The Chinese government attaches great importance to it and has made guidance documents such as "Made in China 2025" to strategically deploy and guide the intelligent and digital factory workshops in key areas,combining information technology with traditional manufacturing.In order to meet the needs of the development of the times,and further improve the efficiency of production testing,the upgrading and transformation of the inspection and testing industry is imminent,and digital intelligence will be the trend.At the same time,the current integration of the Internet and various fields is continuously deepening,and the application of artificial intelligence is becoming more and more widespread.The demand for a smarter and more general detection system is increasingly strong.This article first summarizes the universal reference model of the inspection system from the actual development of the electronic component inspection system,then designs on the basis of the universal reference model,and proposes a state-based detection frame based on state management.Referred to as SDETF.Mainly completed the overall design of the SDETF framework,designed the main functions of the client,execution module,communication transmission module and output module,and then further elaborated the detailed design of each module,including the communication mode and communication protocol of the communication module,and the execution module Specific function design and result output saving function of output module.In the execution module part,the structure of the state set,the operation set and the mapping table are first explained,and the algorithms for generating and reading the mapping table are given;then the controller is designed,including the reading and status of the initial mapping table Management optimization and controller logic processing,and gives the algorithm design of each step.Combining the completed experimental and simulated experimental data,through the optimization of the original detection system using a software framework based on state management,the detection system can accommodate multiple communication methods,the detection efficiency is increased by about 30%,and the company’s production detection efficiency is significantly improved.At the same time,the system framework modification has strong applicability,and it has a certain reference significance for the detection system of other components of the company.
