Research On Archives Information Service Construction Of D Company

With the continuous development of communication technology,the exchange,acquisition and utilization of information have become an important part of social services.As a bridge between archives and information users,archive information service plays an important role in practice.With the increasing demand for archival information,the social benefits of archival information are increasingly prominent,and higher requirements are put forward for archival information service.From the perspective of users,the analysis of archive information service capability has become an important means to improve the quality of archive information service.On the basis of a large number of literature reading,this paper summarizes not only the domestic and foreign research achievements about archives information service ability,but also the archives information service,the connotation and basic elements of archives information service ability,and compares the difference between traditional archives information service and modern archives information service in the internet age from the aspects of service concept,service mode and service users.On this basis,this paper refers to the connotation of public service supply,public service guarantee and public service satisfaction in Moore’s theory of public value to refine the three contents and establish an evaluation index system of archival information service capability.After that,this paper uses the Delphi method to evaluate and select evaluation index,and to test the effectiveness of the evaluation content and the reliability of evaluation results,then uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish hierarchical structure model,construct two-by-two judgment matrix,calculate the weight of each level factors and test the consistency,finally counts the weights of all evaluation indexes.Last but not least,by using the Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper builds the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of D company archive information service ability evaluation,appraises the archives information service ability of D company.According to the appraisal results and the index weights,the paper analyses the problems of D company,suggests the strategy to promote D company’s archives information service ability in the information age.To be specific,it suggests to start from the following ways: set up the concept of technological innovation,change the service concept,and improve the archival information service ability with new technology;Optimize and enrich collection resources,integrate stock information resources,connect with other business resources of enterprises,and realize network resource sharing;Strengthen the construction of talent team and improve the service level of archives information;provide personalized services to increase public participation in the development and utilization of archives.The innovative points of this article are: first,the innovation of concept.currently,more and more enterprises choose to outsource archive management to professional archive management company,but the existing literature is mostly concentrated on mining enterprise archive information resources value and how to use these resources to better serve the enterprises,while ignores to combine with the application of big data technology in the internet era,especially the sharing of information resources based on precise mining of enterprise archive information.Therefore,this paper suggests to improve the archival information service ability through technological innovation,share network resources by integrating resources,so as to give full play to the value of archival information.Second,the innovation of research methods.According to the existing research results,few literature use mathematical models to evaluate the information service ability of enterprises.Based on the fully research into the evaluation model of archives information service ability,with the use of literature research method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the paper determines the index and weight of archives information service ability evaluation,set up the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for D company’s archives information service ability,with which carries out an evaluation for it.This research can provide innovation ideas for D company’s archive information service ability,as well as reference for other scholars’ archive information service evaluation research.
