Research On Improvement Of Software Development Project Management Of CX Company Based On CMMI

Global information industry technology innovation has entered a new round of acceleration.China’s software and information technology service industry has ushered in a strategic opportunity to achieve leapfrog development,but simultaneously,market competition has become extremely fierce.The ability to provide high-quality software and fast delivery has become a winning weapon for software companies to seize the market opportunity.The level of project management of a software company determines its position in the competition for the target market.CMMI is a model for improving the project management process.As an international mainstream software,it has received practical recognition and support.More and more software companies have introduced the CMMI model to improve the project management level of the enterprise itself,thereby improving the quality and development efficiency of software products.The thesis takes the software development project management process and process of CX company as the research object.Based on the review of related theories,using software development project management and CMMI related theories and methods,the current status of CX’s software development project management is analyzed and existing problems are found,such as low software version test passing rate,high software release failure rate,low software product quality,and incomplete key data for process measurement.Then,the cause of each problem is found out by causal analysis method,and based on the CMMI model,a solution to improve the software development project management of CX company is proposed.Specifically focused on the four key processes of test management,verification management,quality assurance management,measurement and analysis management,an improvement plan is proposed,the improvement plan is implemented in a specific project,and the practical effect of the plan is analyzed and summarized.Finally,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the improvement plan throughout the company are proposed.The thesis research solves the current problems of software development project management of CX company,and provides a reference basis for the optimization of software development project management of CX company.The research results have certain reference significance for other enterprises of the same industry and scale in the successful application of scientific project management theory to enhance the core competitiveness of software companies;and provide a practical basis for the theoretical application of the CMMI model.
