Stand-up comedy is a kind of comedy types with unique development history,which takes satirical realistic passages as the performance content,standing on the stage alone and using a microphone to speak as the basic performance form,and entertains the audience under the stage and expresses their life attitude as the basic purpose.In recent years,the comedy has been well known in the screen by the way of self-made variety show on the Internet.This paper takes the two comedy programs of Roast and Rock&Roast as cases,and makes complaints about the five aspects of the program main body,the content of the program,the channel,the audience and the effect through participatory observation,in-depth interview and text analysis.The characteristics of subject diversification,personalization and stratification,content reality,grotesque and fashion,channel diversification,decentralization and interaction,and audience complexity,accuracy and initiative.On the basis of these characteristics,the paper further analyzes the effect and existing problems of comedy programs.The effect of the stand-up comedy program includes transmitting the optimistic attitude of life through the comedy subject,arousing certain audience’s thinking through the realistic content,promoting the extremely strong fashion concept through the youth orientation,and making the sponsor brand obtain the income through the program popularity,etc.In addition,there are still some problems such as too much entertainment,too much homophony,too much dependence on Star flow and lack of talent.Therefore,this paper puts forward some solutions and improvement strategies for these problems,through collecting life materials and performing exercises to accumulate experience to create high-quality comedy,through sticking to the bottom line of public order and good customs and increasing knowledge content to enhance the cultural connotation of stand-up comedy,through offline activities to improve audience loyalty to increase the influence of Stand-up form,through campus publicity and thecity open wheat performance widely included comedy talents,and through advanced training actors to improve their talent training mechanism.
