Satellite navigation antenna is one of the most important equipments in the navigation system.The performance of the receiver affects the positioning ability of the whole navigation system.With the rapid development of Beidou navigation system in China,the size of the navigation terminal is decreasing,which brings new challenges to the miniaturization of the navigation terminal antenna.Microstrip antenna has the advantages of small size,light weight,compact stmcture and good directivity,and it is convenient for them to integrate with other systerus.So,the microstrip antenna has been widely used in satellite navigation system.There are many kinds of implementation forms of the microstrip antenna,the miniaturization,multi frequency,wide band,high gain and high axial ratio are the key points of the research.Based on this background,it has theoretical significance and application value to study and design the circular polarization microstrip antenna with low profile,miniaturization and multi frequency.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the development of the microstrip antenna in domestic and foreign navigation systems,the research status of the microstrip antenna is analyzed.It includes microstrip antenna miniaturization,circular polarization,multi frequency,broadband and other different technologies,which is classified and compared.By combining the relevant theory and technology,this article will get implementation method with the Beidou dual band circularly polarized microstrip antenna.2.According to the requirements of the navigation terminal antenna,a B1/B3 band double layer circularly polarized microstrip antenna is designed.The antenna is made up of two layers of square patch,which achieves the characteristic of miniaturization,multi frequency and so on.Through simulation and optimization,the simulation results are obtained,and the measurement results and error analysis are got.3.A B1/B3 band circularly polarized microstrip antenna with loading a tuning stub and gap is studied and designed.The antenna is composed of two layers of circular patch stacked,then it adopt symmetrical gap and tuning stub to achieve circular polarization.The simulation results of antenna are good by the simulation,and the antenna is finally processed and measured.4.A compact microstrip antenna loaded with RIS(Reactive Impedance Surfaces)structure is studied and designed.The antenna used RIS periodic structure technology to achieve a good antenna axis,gain and directivity properties based on the previous study.Finally,the antenna is processed and measured.
