With the continuous innovation and expansion of wind power technology and scale in China,enterprises attach great importance to the training of high-quality operators.In view of this situation,this project designs a simulation monitoring system with basic and complete functions for doubly fed wind turbine,which aims to let the operation and maintenance personnel observe the real-time dynamic operation data of the unit and transmit the necessary instructions of the unit operation while simulating the teaching and training,and has its own effect.Firstly,this paper introduces the necessity of designing SCADA system as a whole.The trainees can observe the operation state and process parameters of each system and its corresponding equipment without climbing the tower,and complete the actions of the unit such as starting,grid connection,load,shutdown,maintenance,reset and real-time monitoring display of various fault states through simple operation.At the same time,they can also communicate with each other Through the monitoring system,the wind turbine control,optimization and other simulation experiments are carried out.The real-time data transmission between the host computer and the controller is realized through OPC communication technology.The OPC client and OPC server between manufacturers are configured in advance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of OPC variable data transmission,and they cooperate with each other to complete the communication task.The simulation monitoring system is divided into two layers.The bottom layer is the wind turbine simulation model,which is output to the lower computer through the bus.After the controller runs,the two data interact in real time.The upper layer is the wind turbine SCADA system written in the high-level language for this subject,which reads and writes the input and output from the lower computer in real time.The upper computer monitoring system is developed independently on LabVIEW platform.The monitoring software consists of more than ten interfaces,such as fault interface,main flow interface,cooling system interface,yaw system interface.In conclusion,the wind turbine simulation monitoring system developed and designed in this paper has the characteristics of friendly picture,comprehensive monitoring,strong operability,high reliability and convenient maintenance in the later stage.
