| RF energy harvesting technology is one of the most active research hotspots in the world today and is receiving more and more attention from the academic community.The RF energy harvesting technology was originally proposed for the use of solar energy to solve the problem of increasing energy shortage on the stone steps.Later,with the development of this technology,scholars began to pay attention to the low-power miniaturization of RF energy harvesting technology.The application on the device.The rectenna is the core of the RF energy harvesting system.The performance of the rectenna will directly affect the efficiency of the entire collection system.The rectifying antenna is mainly composed of a receiving antenna at the front end and a rectifying circuit at the back end.This paper mainly focuses on the demand of rectifying antennas used in the environment of input power in today’s society.It has carried out research on the antenna and circuit of RF energy harvesting system,and finally completed the design of rectenna.Firstly,this paper designs a circularly polarized patch antenna working at 2.45GHz by smearing the metal layer and loading slots and stubs on the circular iron piece.The loading slot and short wiring are for optimize the axial ratio of the circularly polarized antenna and expand the impedance bandwidth of the antenna;the antenna has good radiation characteristics in the working frequency band,the antenna has a parameter of-34dB at the resonance point S11,the bandwidth reaches 130MHz,and the antenna impedance is well matched in the working frequency band.The internal S11<-10dB is satisfied,and the gain in the spindle direction reaches 6.57dB.After that,the physical processing,welding and testing of the receiving antenna are completed.The S11 parameter of the antenna at the resonance point is-29dB,which indicates that the antenna performance is good and meets the design requirements.In the rectifier circuit part,a low-pass filter is first designed and simulated by ADS simulation software.The simulation results show that the designed filter has a S11 parameter of-25.862dB at 2.45GHz,at 2.45GHz.The attenuation is-0.98dB,which meets the design requirements.Then,according to the principle of full-wave rectifier circuit,a rectifier circuit is designed.After analysis,HSMS-282C is selected as the rectifier diode of the rectifier circuit.Next,the rectifier circuit and the filter are integrated and simulated.The simulation results show that the circuit is rectified at maximum.The efficiency reached 64%and the power sensitivity reached-23dBm.Finally,the processing and measurement of the rectifier circuit are completed.The test results are basically consistent with the simulation results and meet the design requirements. |
