Research On Public Service Of New Data Trading Market Based On Alliance Chain

Since the era of big data,how to carry out data transactions,realize data circulation,and exert data value has gradually become a focus of attention in academia and industry.However,the current development status of China’s data trading market has not met people’s expectations.A series of problems in the data transaction market,such as the confirmation of data rights and the tracking of infringement of data transactions,hinder data circulation.Alliance chain,as an improved application of Blockchain technology,has become an important application direction to solve the above problems because of its advantages such as multi-centralization,hard to tamper with,good security,and easy to supervise and manage.The current data trading market cannot meet the needs of the development of data trading.It is necessary and urgent to establish a new data trading market that is safe,reliable,simple and efficient,and fully protects the rights and interests of all parties involved in data trading.Realizing the entire process of data transaction records is the foundation and key to achieving the development goals of the new data transaction market.However,for data transactions involving multiple agents and multiple links,traditional technologies are currently unable to achieve this.This article starts with the research on the current situation of the data trading market.It summarizes 8 problems of three types that exist in the current data trading market.Based on the problems,it actively researches the various technologies of data trading,especially the learning and understanding of the alliance chain,combines technology with the application of various links and scenarios of data transactions,and a new data transaction market basic system based on the Fabric alliance chain is proposed.Through the comprehensive application of various technologies in the new data transaction market,the three basic functions as registration and on-chain of account,product and transaction have been realized.Problems in data rights confirmation and infringement tracking in data transactions are gradually resolved based on those basic functions.This article further studies the market development mechanism and proposes that after the initial establishment of a new type of data trading market,it is necessary to continuously improve various public services,guide the healthy development of the market,and eventually form a good industrial ecology.The research results made in this article have certain guidance and reference significance for the application of alliance chain,the development of data transaction market,and the construction of market public services.
