With the continuous advancement and landing of the "Made in China 2025" program,"labor-intensive" manufacturing companies are increasingly moving toward automation and intelligence,and the Automated Guided Vehicle system(AGV)is in its logistics system.The application in it is also becoming more and more extensive.AGV is an intelligent logistics transportation equipment that can be used for automated handling and distribution in production lines and warehouses.It is an important part of the logistics automation system.In this study,the requirements of the upgrade and transformation of an enterprise's production line logistics automation system were carried out.The overall planning of the AGV automation system was planned.The research and system design of the AGV operation process,the AGV path planning algorithm and the superior control system were focused.Firstly,combing and analyzing the requirements of the AGV automation system of the project,including the planning of the AGV automation system operation process,the hardware selection of the AGV,the functional analysis of the AGV host system and the architecture design,etc.,the overall design of the AGV automation system is obtained;secondly,the AGV The modeling method of the upper electronic map was introduced,and the design path of the AGV upper electronic map was designed.Based on the FlexSim 3D simulation software,the AGV guiding path electronic map and the monitoring interface 3D map environment simulation model were established,which solved the AGV operating environment.The problem of electronic map;again,the path planning of single AGV is analyzed.The blind search algorithm and heuristic search algorithm are analyzed respectively.Several planning algorithms are compared.Finally,the A*algorithm is selected to carry out the path planning of AGV.On the basis of single AGV path planning,the research and analysis design of multi-AGV path planning is carried out.The three kinds of conflicts commonly found in multi-AGV systems are analyzed,and the conflicts are solved according to the collision avoidance strategy based on node time window.The upper system realizes the path planning of multiple AGVs.Finally,the implementation of the upper system function of the AGV is carried out,the workflow of the AGV upper system is sorted out,the sub-modules are designed and the functions of the upper control are realized.Based on the actual situation of upgrading and transformation of an enterprise's production line logistics automation system,this paper conducts demand analysis,process planning and hardware selection for the AGV system,studies the AGV path planning algorithm,and develops and designs the AGV host system.The automation upgrade of manufacturing-type enterprises has certain reference value.
