| Over the few years,e-commerce has boosted the rapid development of express delivery industry.When a package is received by a small or medium-sized express transfer station,in order to avoid disputes between the two parties,information inspection should be carried out.The weight and size of the package should be obtained to check for missing packages,sorting,and calculating costs.The existing package measurement is mostly realized by means of hand,the measurement,information entry and statistical efficiency are quite inefficient,and labor cost is high.Under the condition of customers pursuing high efficiency and convenience,the manpower method has been difficult to adapt to the demands of efficient and accurate modern logistics;Focusing on the need of reducing cost and improving efficiency of an express delivery enterprise in Suzhou,a measurement and sorting control system applied to small and medium-sized express delivery transfer stations is designed.This paper mainly carries out the following work:1.Starting from customers’ technical requirements for accurate and efficient measurement,sorting,information inspection and settlement of package,the overall architecture of the package measurement and sorting control system is designed.To reach a series of tedious links such as supplying part control,conveying control,information scanning,automatic weight measurement,volume measurement,information matching,sorting control,pricing,data statistics and sorting of each crossing.2.For the problem of poor information sharing and labor consumption,the information is transmitted through sensors and networks,and the package information at each crossing is given real-time feedback,and the progress is mastered according to the truck capacity information at each crossing.The use of computers or intelligent equipment to achieve remote monitoring and management of the scene,and manual only need to receive and send express packages,which can save a great deal of manpower.3.For the problem of rapid and accurate measurement,establishing mathematical model in weight measurement for dynamic compensation and nonlinear correction to ensure the rapidity and accuracy of measurement;In the aspect of volume measurement,the infrared light curtain is used to scan the object,and by means of linear interpolation,the volume measurement is realized by accumulating various sections.The reliability is verified by analysis and testing.4.Finally,electrical design,prototype construction and user interface design are carried out;test experiments are conducted,the recognition rate is above 96%,and the system efficiency is approaching to 3.0s/pcs;for the extrusion and collision problems that occurred during the uploading process,the queuing model is built for optimization.It enables coordinated operation between various agencies,highlighting higher cost performance when using four devices;and adopting ECRS(E-Eliminate;C-Combine;R-Rearrange;S-Simplify)principles to optimize staffing and equipment configuration. |
