Research On Z Communication Company’s Compliance Management

With the development of economic globalization,Z Company has achieved good development in the field of communication,but the two compliance incidents in the last three years have caused Z to suspend production,stock suspension and heavy fines.The superficial reason for the incident was that the United States imposed sanctions on Z Company through domestic bills,but in reality it was a problem of Z company compliance management.After the problem is introduced,this paper analyzes and diagnoses the problems from the three aspects of Z company’s full compliance management system,weak internal control compliance,and limited product export compliance.First,before the company Z was punished by the United States,there was only a pure legal department in the organizational structure,and it was more biased towards its own legal protection.There was no mention of compliance management policies,and no compliance management was incorporated into the strategy.The overall awareness is weak,which is also the status quo of most enterprises in China.Secondly,the internal control of compliance management is not perfect and leads to human resource management risk.The US lawyers lacking strict auditing,resulting in leakage of important internal control information in compliance management.Regulatory exports are subject to US export regulations due to insufficient core technology capabilities of the chip and operating system.Based on the above three aspects,the diagnosis conclusion that Z company’s compliance management system is imperfect is obtained.After obtaining the diagnosis conclusion of the Z company’s compliance management problem,the solution part is mainly through the interpretation of the GB/T 35770-2017"Compliance Management System Guide",the previous analysis of the Z company’s compliance management system imperfections and compliance.Management related theoretical knowledge,proposed Z company compliance management system construction program.The program mainly includes the tactics of compliance management system,internal control content of compliance management,product export regulations,and proposes the implementation strategy of the project and the cyclic evolution strategy of the compliance management system.Finally,review and summarize the main contents of the previous chapters,sum up the conclusions;at the same time,point out the research prospects of this paper,and provide a better reference for Z company and other communication high-tech enterprises in China.
