Design And Research Of Hospital AGV Logistics Robot Based On Service Design Concept

Driven by technologies such as artificial intelligence and 5G,hospital logistics is developing in the direction of intelligence and modernization.At present,In the existing hospital logistics transmission method,AGV robots are welcomed by domestic and foreign hospitals due to their flexibility and ease of maintenance.However,In the construction of hospital logistics system in China,the application and development of AGV robot is not mature,Robots still have shortcomings in terms of service intelligence,operation convenience,adaptability,and user experience issues.Therefore,this dissertation takes the hospital AGV logistics robot as the research object,and integrates the service design concept into the robot design,design a suitable product for hospital logistics system and user experience,so as to promote the intelligent construction of hospital logistics.This dissertation is based on the service design concept,Firstly,use the method of literature analysis to explore the current status of hospital logistics system,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current hospital logistics transmission method,discover the application prospects of AGV logistics robots in hospitals.Secondly,analyze existing cases of logistics robots in domestic and foreign hospitals,summarize the problems of the hardware system and the software system.Then,use service design methods to investigate users,exploring product pain points in combination with target users,analyzing transportation processes and service points,draw a blueprint for the service and propose a design strategy,the design strategy includes improve and optimize product hardware structure,diversified and convenient operation methods,perfect transportation processes,and interaction between users and platforms.At last,combine research and practice,practice test the validity and scientificity of the proposed method,designed hospital logistics robot software and hardware products,propose a new solution for the hospital logistics transmission system from the perspective of service design,provide basis and direction for design and development personnel in the design of hospital logistics robots.
