Investigation And Research On Mobile Service Of Library In Two Colleges And Universities In Henan Province

With the high-speed development of Internet technology,in order to enhance their competitiveness,various industries are actively using mobile platforms to improve their own service quality.In response to this demand,library services are constantly improving mobile services,and developing and innovating in service methods and content.Various types of mobile services have been developed in various academic libraries in my country.However,in specific implementation,the effects of mobile services have not reached expectations,and there are deficiencies in some aspects.Taking Henan Province as an example,the mobile services of academic libraries are based on user rights.There are some problems in service publicity and service content.In order to further accelerate the development of mobile services of college libraries in Henan Province,this article uses the Internet as the research background to describe the current mobile services available in the information services of college libraries.It takes 54 secondary college libraries in Henan Province as the survey object.Explains the current situation of its mobile services in terms of method and service content,summarizes the shortcomings in the existing mobile information services of the library,and further clarifies the mobile service needs of users,in order to improve the quality of library mobile services and improve the overall level of library management.
