With the continuous improvement of the level of infrastructure construction in China,more and more large-scale concrete projects such as dams,buildings,and nuclear power plants are rising up.Concrete pouring is one of the important links in the construction process of large-scale concrete buildings.During the pouring process,due to the hydration heat reaction.the internal and external temperature of the concrete will be greatly different.Under the large temperature difference,the internal and external volume of the concrete will change to cause cracks,which will seriously affect the stability of the concrete structure and reduce the safety of the concrete.Many concrete projects cause great economic and manpower losses,so it is of great practical significance to strictly monitor the temperature of large-scale concrete.This article designs a large-scale concrete temperature measurement device with Atmega64 as the control chip and DS18B20 as the temperature sensor.The design is mainly divided into two parts:hardware circuit and software.The hardware part includes the control chip,temperature sensor,field display screen,and 4G communication module.The software part mainly includes all hardware drivers and settings for serial communication,the selection of communication protocols,the temperature display of the mobile terminal and the PC terminal,and also includes the processing of temperature errors.Because the device uses a 4G module,the large-volume concrete temperature measurement system can send temperature data to the mobile terminal through 4G communication,and the temperature measurement work can be separated from geographical restrictions,achieve long-distance temperature measurement,improve temperature measurement efficiency and safety,and reduce The equipment required for temperature measurement bears the weight,while retaining the on-site temperature and PC terminal temperature display,expanding the way of temperature display.At the same time,the difference between the temperature measured by the temperature measurement system and the standard value of the temperature is analyzed.It is found that there is a certain error between the measured temperature and the standard value.Different processing methods are adopted according to the error classification.For the random error and the gross error,the DS18B20 After the temperature data is measured by the temperature sensor,the effect of these two errors is eliminated by using the limiting average filtering method.After the cause of the system error analysis,a univariate linear regression model of the temperature sensor is established-and the statistical relationship between the temperature measurement value and the standard value is calculated.The calculated temperature is calculated by the measured value.After comparison,it is found that the corrected temperature value has a smaller error,and the accuracy of the temperature measurement system is improved.
