| With the rapid development of China’s economic level,supply chain capability has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.Both domestic and international companies pay more attention to the optimization and improvement of their supply chain to improve the flexibility within such a complicated environment.In the new era of rapid development of network and mobile technology,With the latest technology and applications in warehouse management sector,warehouse management are now facing new development opportunities.Managers can see automation,digitalization,and intelligent storage shows great economic and social value.In combination with the edge-cutting technology to rebuild the warehouse management system,the paper achieves the real-time on-site management and intelligent warehouse management system by intelligent method.This paper mainly studies the characteristics of the existing warehouse management in the FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods)manufacturing industry.The main research contents and achievement are summarized as follows:(1)Research on the application of HTML5 technology.The Intelligent Warehouse Management system needs to be compatible with all main-stream mobile devices.Web application development module is adopted for system development after the comparison of several popular development module in the market.After the complete analysis and advantage is introduced for the HTML5 technology.research in three aspects are studied,including intelligent report,self-adaptive mobile device screen and Web Storage.(2)Demand analysis of intelligent warehouse management.Firstly,in-depth research was performed for the phenomena that warehouse management and system are disconnected,and this paper points out the key points for rebuilding the Intelligent Warehouse Management system.Secondly,the overall demand of the system is analyzed to determine the core issues to be solved for this paper,and it reviewed the required business function modules for the intelligent warehouse management system.Finally,the demand analysis is carried out for the four business scenarios in the warehousing operation process,including the ASN(Advanced Shipping Notice),raw material receipt,material delivery and material feeding.(3)The design of intelligence warehouse management system.Firstly,based on the characteristics of the existing warehouse management,this paper has set up the objective of building an effective product traceable system by leveraging the warehouse management mobility and barcode scanning method.Secondly,after evaluating the system data throughput capacity,data security,integration and iteration,the architecture of the Intelligent Warehouse Management System is built.Finally,this paper elaborates that,during business process of mobile devices and barcode scanning,the system is designed in detail for those core business processes including warehouse raw materials receipt,materials delivery,and feeding process.And database design of the Intelligent Warehouse Management system is introduced.(4)Implementation and application of intelligent warehouse management system.Firstly,this paper builds the development environment of the intelligence warehouse management system,and realizes the system functional modules,such as system login,user positions and authorization management;Secondly,the development and realization of the major business process are elaborated in details,such as raw material receipt,material delivery,feeding and other business processes;Finally,combined with complex business scenarios for full test is carried on from the security,stability,applicability and other aspects.The system helps the warehouse to establish barcode batch management of materials,combining the mobile barcode scanning in the material flow,fill the gap between on-site warehouse management and system. |
