Mechanical equipment is an important productivity tool.The addition of oil makes its internal components form non-contact rolling during rotation.If the lubrication is not sufficient,the direct friction between gears will produce wear particles that circulate in the oil circuit with the oil.By detecting the information of abrasive particles in the oil,the specific operating conditions of the mechanical equipment can be understood earlier,the stability of the equipment operation can be improved,and the service life of the equipment can be maintained and prolonged.In order to realize the real-time monitoring of oil metal wear particles,an inductive differential type oil wear particle online monitoring system was researched and designed.Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction,this paper models and simulates the distribution and output of the magnetic field at any position inside the sensor.By studying the influence of various structural parameters(inner diameter,gap,width,number of turns,etc.)on the output of the sensor,the optimal structural parameters of the sensor are obtained.Use the coherent demodulation model to extract the wear particle signal,and analyze the generation principle of the wear particle signal.The relationship between the characteristic parameters(type,size,movement speed)of the wear particles and the output of the sensor is obtained through model simulation,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the sensor.Considering that the sensor is susceptible to interference from the external environment under actual working conditions,a single-layer and multi-layer shielding structure model is established based on the theory of magnetic flux shunting of the shielding shell,and the best multilayer shielding structure is determined through simulation and mathematical calculations to achieve broadband electromagnetic Shielding effect.Finally,set up a sensor detection system for experimental research,and pass iron and copper wear particles of different sizes through the sensor at different speeds to study the resolution and stability of the sensor.The results show that the system can effectively extract the wear particle signal,and the wear particle signal is affected by the speed and size of the abrasive particles.It can achieve 187?m ferromagnetic metal wear particles and 578?m under the working condition of 1?18L/min.Detection of non-ferromagnetic metal wear particles.
